大当たり🎯
Pros:

ルームキーピングは外国人の方でしたが、チェックアウト時に部屋を出てエレベーターホールに向かう時に、日本語で[おはようございます。気をつけて行ってらっしゃいませ！]と作業の手を止めて、とても丁寧に笑顔で挨拶してくれました。朝からとても清々しくうれしい気持ちになりました。ありがとうございました。

スタッフさん達が出かける時帰ってきた時必ず挨拶してくれる。
あたたかい雰囲気。
気持ちがよかったです。
朝食で息子がコーヒーをこぼしてしまいました。
床を汚してしまい申し訳なくていたら
教えてくれるだけでありがたいですと
逆に洋服や、靴に汚れは大丈夫ですか？と声をかけてくれました。

清掃員も親切でした。

当日予約でお値段がお得感あったこと。地下からの出口からすぐで、アクセス最高だったこと。チェックインから確か19時までフロント階で多様なドリンクがフリーで提供されていたこと。私はノンアルコールのフルーツ水と紅茶が気に入りました。
また利用します。

Cons:

フリードリンクに多くの方がグループで長く滞在しており、一人の方は少し入るのに躊躇しそうな雰囲気が気になった。そのほとんどの方がアルコールを飲んでいて、声も少し大きかったので、時間制限とか設けてもいいように思いました。

アフター•コロナの今どきホテル！ 天然温泉あります！ の誘惑看板につられて宿泊すると痛い目に！！　表とウラがハッキリしすぎの “誘惑ホテル” 人件費削減ホテルです！気をつけてね！

まず最悪は、室内にフロントにつながる電話がない！ということ！！　なので、何かあったら、毎回エレベーターでフロントまで降りて行かなくてはならない！！
でも、肝心のフロントは0:00(夜 24:00)には、シャッターが完全に閉まってしまい、スタッフとは全く連絡が取れません！ 😵‍💫　寝る前にコーヒーか紅茶を飲みたかったのですが、部屋にはインスタントのコーヒーもティーバックも何もありません！　フロント横に、アメニティーや、枕、室内着などは置いてありますが… ティーバックなどは全くありません！　寝る前に、温かいお茶くらい飲みたかったですぅ…🥲　私以外の宿泊者の人も、3、4名困って、ウロウロしていました🌀
