最悪なスタッフ

Cons:

宅急便の件でスタッフにわめかれ口論になり支配人というガラの悪いやつがどなりちらされ出入り禁止といわれ一度だけいうならまだしもエレベーターごしでずーっとドアを開けて出て行けを繰り返された土地柄ガラ悪い店員。５万円以上払ったお客様にこの態度。こちらこそ二度とこない。

All the staff are very helpful with smiles, and the service attitude is very good.

Cons:

The weather is hot. If the air conditioner is turned on and the refrigerator is already powered on before entering the room, we will feel more comfortable.

Pros:

Handige locatie. Gewoon naast ingang station. Heel lekker ontbijt. Veel keuze. Prijs/kwaliteit prima hotel. Gratis cocktailbar van 17u tot 21u. Leuke gratis onsen.

Cons:

Wegbeschrijving was voor ons en Google maps niet zo duidelijk. Maak hier nog wat werk van en het is perfect!
