Pros:

Excellent rapport qualité prix, une chambre légèrement plus grande que d’ordinaire dans ce type d’hôtel.

Cons:

Le onsen pour hommes sentait vraiment le renfermé/moisi. Le tabouret des douches en bois était gluant/moisi au niveau des pieds.

C’est vraiment dommage car l’hôtel était très bien dans l’ensemble.

Pros:

早餐是免費的，有沙拉、熱食、果汁等等，尤其是烤麵包超級好吃！選擇又很多，但要早點去不然麵包就沒了。
有免費的公共澡堂，但房間也很舒適所以沒去使用。

Great place to stay, we will be back!
Pros:

So convenient! The train station is right around the corner and lots of places to eat nearby.The onsen was so clean and it was a wonderful way to relax after walking all day!

Tha natural hot spring and the location.

Cons:

If you want your room cleaned you have to be out of your room from 10am to 3pm. No exceptions. Example, if you leave your room at 11 or 12 noon because your were too tired to wake up early they won't clean it anymore even if cleaning is until 3pm. It's out of your room from 10 am to 3pm period.

Good choice
Pros:

Good location and easy to access. breakfast is not bad.

Cons:

The private bathroom is not good and small so it may better to bath at hotel's public spa. But it is too small, just enough for 4 persons. The public spa is crowded all the time and amenities provided are not complete. Suggest to provide towel and hair essence.

良かったです。また利用します。
Pros:

ロケーションも池袋駅から地下を通ってほぼ直通でいけて便利ですし、設備も綺麗で、部屋も過ごしやすかったです。

Cons:

良くない、とまでは言えませんが、お風呂の配水のにおいが気になりました。

アクセスが良かった

Cons:

温泉のトイレの照明が動かないとすぐに消えた。
朝食の席があまりにも狭かった。一部の椅子の種類を変えた方が良いと思う。

Great location, good staff and good size room.

Cons:

Housekeeping requires you to be out of your room from 10am to 3pm, literally the entire time.

Honestly this was a terrible process; which stopped the hotel being otherwise perfect.
