Matheus was very welcoming and Friendly, the young girl on reception was lovely too.... rooms were beautiful would definitely stay here again....with a beautiful breakfast 😋
Only complaint would be the TV disconnects when you turn it off .... had to get staff to help sort it but we knocked it off and couldn't get it back on in the morning so gave up
The breakfast on Sunday was excellent. It offered a wide choice of good quality food. It was still good on Monday but the choice was a little smaller. Also, the staff were brilliant. In particular I must mention Pedro who was lovely and could not have been more helpful.

There was a kettle and coffee machine provided but the t bags and coffee pods were at an extra charge.
The television had Apps like Netflix, but no account, so you had to pay extra, and there was no menu on the TV.

Location was wonderful— central to everything. Very nice staff.
In a five-star hotel, you shouldn’t have to ask for toilet paper, facial tissues, a bath mat, and hand towels. You should be provided with actual shampoo, not just body wash, for your hair. Soap dispensers should work properly.
Also— The room smelled as if someone had smoked in it. We also found the bedding uncomfortable. Finally, noise woke us up at 3 a.m.— sounded like people running and shouting under our window.

The location was amazing! Staff was very friendly. Parking was close by.
For being a five star hotel I expected more. The bathroom had visible black mold all in the shower and had a musty mold smell. Breakfast was fine but nothing amazing.
