Short break in Tomar
Pros:

It was a lovely hotel, excellent location in the main square, very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant was great. Very good breakfast. The room was lovely! The hotel is of a very high standard and the service from the staff was exceptional! We will definitely stay again when we return to Tomar.

O quarto muito bom, fizeram-me simpaticamente um upgrade.

Cons:

O p.almoço no primeiro dia não mostrava que estava perante um hotel de cinco estrelas.A fruta natural não era a melhor e basicamente faltavam croissants.

Pros:

O hotel está muito charmoso, central, o pequeno almoço é muito bom e os funcionários muito simpáticos... Temos a agradecer a amabilidade e o upgrade de quarto que nos atribuiram sem sequer termos pedido.

Cons:

O local é muito central... numa zona pedonal... no entanto, existem alguns bares perto e restaurantes, e por causa disso, e por ser agosto, havia algum barulho até à meia noite... mas isso é algo sazonal e que o hotel não tem como resolver...

Foltarei lá, no hotel com toda certeza de novo e se possível no mesmo quarto que foi excelente.
Pros:

Fomos acolhidos com a máxima simpatica do funcionário sr. Brasileiro encantador, orientados até a mesa e assistidos integralmente com um pequeno almoço bem variado com bastante opções de escolhas, até o fim. Foi otimo inicio do dia.
Recomendo aos amigos familiares este hotel de 5 grande Estrelas pleno de simpatia. OBRIGADO/A

O acolhimento na recepção foi de extremo cuidado que um cliente merece para umas ferias curtas ou longas sem excepção. Muito bom

Превосходная супер гостиница в шикарном месте на Центральной площади. Потрясающие терпеливые и отзывчивые люди на ресепшн и в ресторане. Шикарная парковка в 2 минутах ходьбы от гостинницы. Великолепные кровати с потрясающе мягким бельём.

Cons:

К сожалению, мы были всего одну ночь проездом и не нашли ничего плохого в этой гостинице только самые лучшие впечатления

Localiação Excelente. Todos funcionários muito simpáticos e muito profissionais, em particular recepcionista Matteo. Pequeno-almoço muito bom, limpeza impecável e quarto é impecável. Excelente Hotel! A repetir!
