Room was relatively quiet, - until mowing commenced outside at 7.30am.

Price was fair for what I got
The shower would not stop dripping and it could not be adjusted without it falling down. Fridge really stank (and continued to stink) when I opened the door, made me reluctant to use the long-life milk inside
We had our own breakfast.THE BED WAS EXCELLENT.Very convenient location.A SPONGE OR CLOTH TO WIPE BENCH WOULD BE GOOD. FRIDGE WAS GREAT AND KEPT ICE CREAMS COLD.TV worked well.Staff were friendly.
There were cobwebs in all corners of the room so we grabbed a mop from back of hotel and removed them for next people.The door stuck and needed attention. We were very happy especially for the price.

Convenient location within immediate walking distance to bistro, bakery, and supermarket. The staff were helpful with any requests that we had,
The poor level of cleanliness did make us feel uncomfortable. Dried dead bugs on windowsills, half used opened milk sitting in a turned off fridge, heavily worn-out towels, pillows and linen. The room included a toaster and kettle however no cutlery or crockery. No air-conditioning, limited heating. We booked a "triple room" expecting a queen and single bed, although we were given a "double room" with one queen bed. Additionally, it is in a very loud location with the beer garden/car park within immediate vicinity of room - if you're looking for a great sleep, I wouldn't recommend this location.

The rooms are very dirty, and the beds are uncomfortable. The milk in the bar fridge was spoiled with open lids. The towels and sheets smell weird, and the bathroom was mouldy and uncomfortable.
