Nature/ green stunning room
Pros:

A truly beautiful place to stay, surrounded by trees and greenery. My room had wide glass, a balcony and a terrace, so it felt like nature was flowing right into the space.

Just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, which made it even more special.

The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and relaxed. They kindly allowed me to check out at 1pm, so I could enjoy a little more time by the beach.

I’ll definitely return. Thank you.

Pros:

The room was pretty and clean

Cons:

The room didn't include any meals and the restaurants near by were too expensive.
The staff didn't help to find activities or transportation.
We had poor connection and spent 2 days with no wifi.
If you don't mind staying inside a room with no wifi you'll be fine. Other than that I wouldn't recommend.

Nice property.
Pros:

Really pretty. Everything feels new. Nice concierge. Close to lots of services. Beach club at sacred hideaways across the street was great.

Cons:

Could be a bit more soundproof, but I’m a very light sleeper. Club bass could be felt on Saturday night. Otherwise you can hear the next room’s door opening and closing.

Pros:

Bra läge nära stranden. Vi hängde på beach club dos ceibas precis nedanför hotellet vilket var toppen och de hade ingen minimum spend. Poolen prövade vi aldrig för den såg inte så fräsch ut. Det var lite kallt på natten så det hade varit bra med någon filt eller annat att lägga ovanpå det tunna lakanet.

Heerlijk kleinschalig hotel voor een goede prijs

Pros:

La Habitación es amplia y luminoza, el baño es grande, la cama e smuy comoda y la limpieza es buena. Tiena una terraza para dos personas, arrib auna cocina común útil y una piscina habilitada. Está bien ubicado en la Zona Hotelera, tiene mercados cerca. El encargado responde a todas tus dudas y está atento.

Cons:

Tiene duchas y lavabo con agua salda únicamente. La ducha tiene problemas de presion de agua y temperatura (no siempre, a mi me toco 2 veces en 5 noches). El aire acondicionado se apaga de forma general de 12 a 17 horas por tanto no puedes estar en la habitación todo el día. Las terminaciones son bonitas, pero no muy útiles, tenía gente quedandose en Coyote al lado y la diferencia de precio solo se justifica por los metros cuadrados de la habitación. Solo te puedes mover en algun vehiculo hacia las atracciones de tulum (moto, taxi, van, bicicleta). No tienen ingreso a la playa cercano.

Alojamiento en plena naturaleza por muy buen precio
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación en la zona hotelera, tienen acceso para entrar a la playa a través de otro hotel. El personal muy amable y siempre pendiente por si necesitábamos algo. Hay un especio compartido con cocina y también una piscina. La habitación era muy grande y la cama muy cómoda! Está rodeado de la naturaleza, nos encantó

Todo bien! Lo único es que hay bastantes mosquitos pero esto no es culpa del alojamiento, solo hay que estar pendiente de no dejar las puertas abiertas para que no entren

We were greeted by a guy named Nicholas — he gave great instructions for check-in and our stay. He was very helpful, kind, and friendly. The place is amazing: the beach is just a few steps away, it’s safe, clean, and has a wonderful atmosphere. I recommend visiting the restaurant Loco — the food is delicious, the music sets are great, and the service is excellent. I’d be happy to come back to Sunset!

Pros:

Incroyable ! Magnifique vue, magnifique chambres, magnifique cuisine pour prendre un petit-déjeuner au calme. On est complètement dépaysés ! Les chambres sont parfaites, très spacieuse et confortable, bien équipées. Le personnel est au petit soin et très réactif par message. PARFAIT !

Cons:

On ne choisit pas son voisinage et malheureusement, une personne nous prenait en photos depuis le toit terrasse voisin quand nous étions à la piscine. Peut-être ajouter quelque chose pour couper la vue de l'extérieur sur la piscine? De même, il n'y a pas de protections pour les escaliers ni le toit terrasse (nous venions avec une petite de 2 ans et il fallait donc faire très attention).

La chambre même si énorme vis à vis

Hôtel annoncé dans la jungle/nature mais avec des de nombreuses poubelles autour de l’hôtel et visibles de la chambre

Porte d’entrée avec un grand jour laissant passer de nombreux moustiques dans la chambre
Nous avions réservé 3 nuits .. au vu de ces faits nous n’en avons fait qu’une et malgré des tentatives d’échanges avec la direction aucun geste commercial accordé : une seule nuit passée et nous en avons payé 3..

Soggiorno sfortunato
Pros:

Nel momento in cui abbiamo avuto l’acqua in camera e il blackout generale ci hanno comunque fatto un upgrade della camera che è stato apprezzato. Inoltre ci hanno offerto una colazione per il disagio di cui non abbiamo usufruito perché i posti lungo la via aprono tutti attorno alle nove.

Cons:

La struttura si trova nella zona Tulum Beach, una zona di Tulum molto lontana dal centro, visto che la strada per arrivare all’hotel è completamente distrutta e rendeva inagibile qualsiasi movimento in macchina.
La struttura è in mezzo alla giungla, e quindi risulta sempre molto umida e poco accogliente, inoltre al nostro arrivo ci hanno comunicato che dalle due alle cinque il condizionatore non sarebbe funzionato, cosa accettabile se tutto il resto fosse andato bene.
Le porte d’ingresso delle camere inoltre sono esteticamente molto belle, ma purtroppo rimangono sempre in parte aperte e questo fa sì che possano entrare insetti o altri animaletti che vivono la giungla. Una sera poi tornati abbiamo notato che era piovuto in camera e che l’elettricità era saltata per diverse ore, purtroppo abbiamo sfortunatamente viaggiato in una settimana particolarmente piovosa, sappiamo che non è colpa dell’hotel, però è stato comunque un disagio dietro l’altro. Alcuni hotel per esempio erano attrezzati con un generatore in caso di mancata elettricità, questo sarebbe un investimento utile, visto che a Tulum capita spesso che salti la corrente.
Con il mare agitato, il Sargasso, e le piogge la spiaggia privata dell’hotel non non era nemmeno agibile. L’unica cosa che rende alta la posizione di questo hotel è appunto la spiaggia per il resto rimane davvero molto lontana da tutto. Sebbene le condizioni climatiche non siano imputabili all’hotel, in caso di disagio climatico non credo siano pronti a soddisfare le richieste di un cliente.
