O hotel é limpo, o quarto é confortável, a piscina é bacana e o serviço de uma pessoa foi excepcional

Cons:

O/a/s proprietário/a/s quer/em ter um hotel e um centro de eventos ao mesmo tempo, mas para isso é preciso ter mais infra-estrutura. Na ocasião em que me hospedei não pude usar o salão principal do restaurante do hotel em uma noite porque estava reservado para um evento - ou seja, o hotel prefere privilegiar pessoas que não estão ali hospedadas do que os próprios hóspedes. Pior: havia música alta e esta estendeu-se até meia-noite, incomodando quem queria dormir (e qual o principal motivo para hospedar-se em um hotel?). Péssimo!

Quarto maravilhoso, tudo muito limpo, escovas de dente, shampoo, sabonete. Banheiro com agua quente, quarto bonito. Tudo maravilhoso!!! Hospedagem nota 10, piscina maravilhosa. Voltarei mais vezes!

Os quartos muito organizados assim como a pousada em si. Confortável as camas, televisão de alta qualidade.

Cons:

Piscina, estava muito suja, não cheguei a tomar banho, pois o aspecto estava muito ruim. Precisa de mais manutenções de limpeza, pois é um espaço maravilhoso e o que mais chama a atenção é a piscina, e por conta do calor poderia ficar mais límpida para mergulhar.

Atendimento de todos os funcionários foi maravilhoso! Quartos espaçosos, tv com streaming, camas grandes. Piscinas para todas as idades. Restaurante maravilhoso e com preços excelentes.
A cidade de Graça fica em local central, com acesso há cerca de 1h de várias atrações da região serrana.

Os quartos são muito bons de espaço, a cama, apenas o chuveiro que tem pouca pressão de saída de água. Colocar aqui também em evidência o atendimento do garçom Edvan, muito simpático, solícito e de grande eficiência.
