Very good. I would stay again if the check-in was improved.
Pros:

Location was very good. Room was large and airy. Bed was very comfortable and shower was brilliant.

Cons:

Access to the apartment was difficult and slow response to messages. Only negative in room was the lack of a mirror. The only mirror was in the bathroom which was steamed up after a shower!

Wrong network and password provided

Pros:

Der Gastgeber hat sehr schnell geantwortet, als wir den Zucangscod noch nicht erhaltenhatten.
Die Zimmer sind sehr gross.
Die Lage war auch super.

Cons:

Schade war das beim Balkon im oberen Stock die Türe defekt war.

Zentrale Lage mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit mit U-Bahn und Tram, zentrale Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, ruhig mit Möglichkeit der Querlüftung

Cons:

WLAN funktionierte nicht, Klimanlage kühlte nicht, Rechnung wurde auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen nicht ausgestellt

Das kann ich nicht beurteilen, weil ich nicht in dem Hotel übernachten konnte.

Cons:

Laut Bestätigungsmail des Hotels sollte ich am Tag der Ankunft die Check-In Daten für den kontaktlosen Check-In bekommen. Leider habe ich diese Mail nie erhalten. Das Hotel war über die beiden angegebenen Telefonnummern nicht erreichbar. Und auch über Booking.com konnte ich nicht viel ausrichten. Ich musste mir deshalb am späten Nachmittag noch ein anderes Hotel buchen und dort übernachten.

Eine Herausforderung
Pros:

Außer der guten und ruhigen Lage, kann ich nichts positives zu sagen.

Cons:

Der Host meldet sich nicht, weder telefonisch noch per Mail. Es gibt keine Hilfe vor Ort, mehrere Gäste irren umher weil nichts ausgeschildert ist. Man muss schon 30 Minuten zur Appartementsuche einplanen. Das mit den Codes ist super verwirrend. Das Apartment benötigt eine Grundreinigung und Restaurierung. Tropfende Klimaanlage, Schmutz an den Wänden und Böden. Schwarzer Schimmel in der Dusche, ausgerissene verschmutzte Gardinen, und man kann die Türe nicht von innen absperren. Leider nicht zum wohlfühlen geeignet.
