Pobyt udany !
Pros:

Fajny styl pokoju. Czystość pościeli wygladała jak nowa ! Lodówka nie hałasuje.
Pokój to tak naprawdę 2 pokoje w jednym są 2 duże podwójne lóżka a w 2 pomieszczeniu gdzie zamknąć można drzwi jedno podwójne łózka. Wyśpią się tu 3 osoby dorosłe lub rodzina 2+1 albo nawet 3 pary i każdy znajdzie tu dla siebie miejsce.

Cons:

Wymaga drobnych napraw:
Malowanie ścian- pochlapane jakimiś napojami i itd
Naprawa oświetlenia w łazience i zakryć trzeba liczniki bo jest mało estetycznie.

Berlin’de çok güzel bi yerde konumu,ulaşım çok rahat. Temiz bir oteldi. Sadece içerden kapının kitlenmemesi tedirgin etti ama sorunsuz bi konaklama geçirdim teşekkürler :)

Eine sehr schöne, minimal eingerichtete Unterkunft, die ich sicher weiter empfehlen würde.
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist sehr gross und geräumig! Da wir zu dritt reisten, war für uns ein grosses Plus, dass es zwei richtige und bequeme Betten hat.

Cons:

Es hatte zwar einen Schrank mit Kleiderbügel, aber uns haben Haken gefehlt, um Jacken aufzuhängen. Wir hatten kein WLAN bzw. haben keine Info erhalten, wie wir uns mit dem WLAN verbinden können.

Pros:

Check-in, den manche hier negativ bewertet haben, hat für uns super einfach funktioniert. Man muss sich halt genau an die Zeiten halten. Um 15 Uhr haben wir eine E-Mail bekommen und konnten den Code problemlos an der Tür eingeben, und schon standen wir im Zimmer. Glück für uns, es gibt Parkplätze im Hof, auch wenn die Zufahrt eng wie ein Nadelöhr ist. Werden das Appartement auf jeden Fall für meinen nächsten Trip buchen.

Cons:

Die Matratze war etwas zu weich, aber ich konnte trotzdem gut schlafen

Super Lage in Mitte. Ruhig im Hinterhaus.

Der kontaktlose Zugang ist unmöglich ohne sich das Video anzusehen. Für Rückfragen ist niemand erreichbar.

fantastic, would stay here again any time I visit
Pros:

Everything was perfect and exceeded expectations, the communication was perfect so quick to reply and reassure us with any questions we had. The rooms are so big and everything was very clean and for anyone who needs one there is a proper hairdryer! The location could not be better, the train is about 20 steps from the front of the building and the tram stop is 2 minutes away so easy to get anywhere fast.

Cons:

The only thing I would mention is that during the time we were there, there was major road works being done which is directly outside the apartment building, however this is not their fault ofcourse and just one of those things, I sleep like a rock anyway but anyone who is a lighter sleeper may have issues with this.

Sehr zufrieden
Pros:

-Die Zimmer haben eine gute Klimaanlage.
Generell war es auch ohne Klimaanlage sehr angenehm in den Räumen. (Trotz 34°C)

-Durch eine Baustelle an der Straße haben wir das Apartment (im Hinterhof) nicht direkt gefunden, aber uns konnte unter der angegeben Telefonnummer sofort geholfen werden. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und hat uns den Weg durch die Baustelle erklärt.

Cons:

Das Milchglas in den Badezimmern ist an einer schlechten Stelle/Höhe angebracht worden, daher könnte man ggf. vom Parkplatz ins Badezimmer schauen.

Schlecht isoliert, vwenn die nachbarn durchs Treppenhaus poltern klingt es als stünden sie direkt neben einem. Zu wenige Handtücher für 5 Tage. Mini Kühlschrank iund nur 2 stühle an einem Mini Tisch in einem Apartment für bis zu sechs Personen ist unter dimensioniert. Eingang versteckt und schlecht beleuchtet

Die anderen Bewertungen die über nicht erreichbare Vermieter berichtet hatten konnten wir bei unserem Aufenthalt so nicht nachvollziehen. Der Vermieter war sofort unter der angegebenen Rufnummer erreichbar und konnte uns auch noch nach 22:00 Uhr weiterhelfen.
