DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!
Pros:

We did not like anything at the property. Horrible experience.

Cons:

Nothing was as described. The check-in information was not sent on the day of arrival, and we had to request it ourselves. We booked a studio with a balcony that was supposed to have three bedrooms, two floors, and a balcony, but instead we received a small room with no balcony and only one bedroom. We tried to contact the property but received no response. They did not change our room or attempt to find a solution. Customer service is non-existent and they will ignore you.

Angenehm & unkompliziert
Pros:

Unkompliziertes einchecken mit freundlicher Begrüßung. Das Tolle Zimmer mit der guten Ausstattung, sehr gute Lage. Rundum alles was dazugehört um einen guten Aufenthalt zu haben. Die Größe der Zimmer ist wirklich wunderbar.

Cons:

Nur durch Zufall haben ich jemanden angetroffen der mir das Vorgehen ( Einchecken ) usw erklärt hat.

War schon 4X dort , mehr muss ich nicht sagen.
Pros:

Tolles Apartment im Industriestyle. Sehr ruhig und man kann fußläufig viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen.

L'accueil par des humains, c'est quand même mieux !
Pros:

Grandes chambres confortables. Les deux personnes en charge de l'entretien serviables mais dépassées faute de disposer des informations basiques !

Cons:

Le mail devant nous indiquer notre n° de chambre et code n'a jamais été envoyé et nous nous sommes retrouvés avec une autre personne à 22 h sans interlocuteur... Les deux personnes en charge de l'entretien qui logent sur place ont fini par être jointes, mais il a fallu presque une heure pour pouvoir avoir notre chambre. Incroyable : elles n'ont pas accès à la liste des clients ni des chambres occupées / libres !

Die kleinen Plastiktütchen für Shampoo sind etwas out- dated.

The apartment is nice, but communication with the owner is extremely difficult.
Pros:

The flat was much bigger than expected, there was tea provided and many cafés for breakfast in the immediate vicinity. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The communication with the owner was extremely difficult. I was informed beforehand that I would get details on the day of arrival via email of how to get into the flat. This email never came and I had to find the phone number and message via WhatsApp to get the information needed as they did not respond to email (they did not pick up the phone either when I tried to call). Also afterwards, my trip was more than a month ago and I am still waiting for the invoice. I messaged several times and never got a reply. It's sad, because I liked the accommodation, but I will definitely not use this property again!

Everything inside - perfect!

Cons:

Check-in was look like a trash excperience. Be aware! Before check-in you need to receive an email with instruction. If no one - call / message to have them. I did not know about it, and I had not any email. It took about 1.5 hours to find way how to check-in. No one tel. indicated in the booking replied. No one booking.com help line replied!!! and it was 22h in the night. Thanks to god a couple who lived in the appartments helped me (and another family of 3 pax who faced the same problem). This couple called all contacts (hotel / booking.com) too. And after 20 minutes there appeared a living contact. It took about 15 minutes for this man to clarify who we are (despite we (I and another family) said our names and bookin No.). And I've checked-in at about 23:00 at least

Location, decor and comfy bed. Clean apartment.

Cons:

Late check in info. After emailing on the day, got an email saying details would follow between 1100 - 1300.....they arrived at 1400...this was a worry as a previous review stated details never received and they had to book alternative accommodation. There was no wardrobe or hanging space for clothes meaning we had to live out of a suitcase for 4 days. Apartment could do with a small side table. Really old fridge that was very noisy, had to turn off to sleep.

I travel for business, and the place does not provide an invoice afterwards. This is very scammy!

Ein großes, sauberes und schönes Appartement

Cons:

Die angekündigte Mail mit allen CheckIn Infos samt Codes war am Vormittag leider nicht wie angekündigt gesendet worden. Vor Ort am späten Nachmittag eingetroffen, war niemand anzutreffen und es war schwierig telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen. Nach einer guten halben Stunde, war es dann gelungen und mir wurden kurz darauf die notwendigen Infos auf WhatsApp übermittelt. Dann konnte ich endlich ins Gebäude gelangen und schließlich auch in mein Zimmer. Ich dachte, ich hätte ein Zimmer zum Honterhof gebucht, leider war das Zimmer aber zur sehr lauten Straße, bei geschlossenem Fenster ruhig aber mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen - Fehlanzeige.
