I booked the room for my 80 year old mum and 75 year old aunt. They were very happy with the room and cleanness and as well we details like towels, soap and like those. Room had a balcony which was very much appreciated. Staff were very attentive to my old guests, even allowed early check-in without a charge.

A budget option to stay in Gyumri
Pros:

The hotel and the rooms have a very nice design, it was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. There is parking on the street in the front of the hotel. The price for the value was very good. It is a little bit far from the city center, you have to take a taxi which is not expensive.

Cons:

It was very noise from the street because it is located on a main street. The restaurant for breakfast was closed.
