Sentralt, hyggelig og rolig hotell

Sentralt, rolig og gode senger. Stort og romslig rom.
Hadde vært flott med vannkoker på rommet, og hotellet hadde fått full score fra meg dersom personalet hadde vært mer hjelpsomme og vennlige.

Günstige Unterkunft mitten in Berlin

Lage ist perfekt. Preis-Leistung stimmt.

Cons:

20€ für ein Frühstück finde ich sehr viel (das Café nebenan war dagegen sehr zu empfehlen!). Der Boden hat massiv geknarrt, wann immer ich durchs Zimmer gelaufen bin. Sobald das Licht aus war, funktionierte auch die Steckdose nicht! Handyaufladen nachts war damit unmöglich! Grundsätzlich ist es ziemlich abgewohnt, aber dafür günstig.

Affordable quiet stay in a vintage hotel
Pros:

2 min walk away from Bahnhof Friedrichstrasse. Smack in the middle of the traditional city centre. Only minutes away from Brandenburger Tor, Unter den Linden and many restaurants.

Very good apart from the lack of tea.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Had to pay 7 Euros for 2 cups of tea from the restaurant. Very misleading wine and water left out for arrival but we had to pay for it. But room noisy.

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage
Pros:

Die Größe des Zimmers, die Lage und die Ausstattung haben mir sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass 9:45 Uhr schon damit begonnen wurde, das Frühstücksbuffet abzubauen.

A charming experience in a nice, safe, and convenient area of Berlin. Highly recommended!
Pros:

Ok, so very pleased with this room and hotel. Very close to the Friedrichstraße train station. I mean very close. Tip, there is a small bridge that goes under the tracks at the station so you can easily cross the river instead of walking out of your way to get to the hotel. Very nice area. Clean. Walkable to so much of the city. Just follow the Spree river in either direction and you will so so many very cool things. I only needed to take the train to a few destinations but for the most part everything was close by and walkable. Like the TV tower, the reichstag building, museum island, etc. Very happy with the room. As for style it was a bit dated but that's one of the things I liked about it. It felt authentic and not a homogenized attempt at modernism. The room was warm and spacious. It had a decent sized closet that you could hang or put your clothes on multiple shelves. A small bench. A table for working. Easy access to outlets. The room had a street view but a very quite street. Also included a small mini-fridge or mini-bar. So you can buy food and drinks and keep them cool. a rarity in most European hotel rooms. And a decent, competitive price for the entire stay.

Cons:

My only complaint was the bed. While it was very big it was a bit hard so tougher to get comfortable at night.
