This hotel was a good value in a great location. We could get to everything we wanted quickly.
Pros:

The location, room and breakfast were all very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful with the issue we did have and while they didn't completely resolve it they did make an effort and made it better.

Cons:

The water pressure and shower weren't great. The biggest issue was how well you could hear through the walls and ceiling. It sounded like the family above us was playing a soccer game in their room and continuously dropping weights or more likely kids jumping off beds. They staff did respond several times which helped but I think part of the issues is the design of the building.

Great place to stay in Seward, highly recommend
Pros:

The hotel room was clean and in a super convenient location for our boat tour. We really enjoyed the breakfast (seemed nicer than the typical hotel breakfast with the Chobani greek yogurt, belgian waffles, and sausage being standouts). Would definitely stay again

Cons:

They don't provide conditioner by default so I had to go downstairs to request some. They did provide it upon request though

Wonderful. Recommended as a base of operations.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Only a block or two from the Kenai Fjords Visitor Center in Seward as nd kitty corner from the shuttle to the park. Also, 100 feet from the free shuttle to the historic downtown Seward. Staff were good. The rooms are terrific - spacious, clean, thoughtful decor reflecting the glacial nature of the park, nice touches like a nice long bench for luggage, coat hooks, an open closet, a long vanity in the bathroom and a spacious walk-in shower. Room was bright and airy with a blackout shade behind the sheets.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok. Eggs were usually cold and the oatmeal was instant only. There were apples & oranges, pancakes, bacon or sausage, bagels and pastries. Nothing scrumptious bit it easy something to eat.

Great hotel.
Pros:

Convenient location to train and cruise ship terminal. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Bags were delivered directly from the Tran to the hotel and then from the hotel to the cruise ship. Very much appreciated that.

Pretty decent hotel at a good location
Pros:

Good location, staff and good room size

Cons:

Breakfast could have been more, not much vegetarian or vegan options. Could have added oatmeal, just plain scrambled eggs or something like that.

We liked the cleanliness and friendly staff. We did not like the thin walls and noise levels.
Pros:

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was better than many that I have experienced. The room and bathroom were clean and looked well-maintained. The bus from Whittier goes straight to this hotel, which is convenient and the reason I chose it.

Cons:

There was only one chair in the room, which makes it a little uncomfortable for a couple. The biggest beef I had was that the walls are so thin we could hear every word spoken in the next room. Fortunately, the family next to us went to sleep at 10pm. Otherwise, I would have asked for another room. The TV has a terrible picture on all channels.

Great stay!
Pros:
