C'était parfait.
Pros:

L'espace salon avec un feu de bois au centre, café ou thé à disposition, le petit déjeuner est très bien. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est proche du Lac, du terminal de bus et du lieu de départ des bateaux. Nous sommes restés 3 jours et 2 nuits et nous avons pu voir au matin du 3ème jour le mont Fuji et ce, depuis le bord du Lac en allant à gauche de l'embarcadère. Un conseil le matin, avec un ciel sans nuage, il faut aller le voir tout de suite car après les nuages arrivent vite, s'accrochent au mont et après il disparait. Nous avons pris le bateau mais je trouve que le premier départ est trop tardif pour continuer à voir le Mont Fuji. Nous sommes allés aux fumerolles par le téléphérique de Togendai et ensuite de ce sommet nous avons pris le second téléphérique pour visiter le superbe musée d'art en plein air.

Cons:

Je me suis trompé en réservant j'aurais dû choisir une vraie chambre car là c'était comme une "cellule de moine", c'est ma femme qui m'a fait le reproche mais bon pas de regret pour moi, c'était un lieu que pour dormir.

Cozy
Pros:

It was a cold day when we arrived in Hakone, the hotel gives the warm and cozy vibe and it was amazing. The view was good. The staff are absolutely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good too. You can enjoy meals and drinks in the hotel or just walk to Lawson or 7 eleven. The area is also quiet which was a bonus. There’s good selection of toiletries and skin care products too.
Highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Bardzo klimatyczna przestrzeń wspólna (sala z kominkiem oraz jadalnia). Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, śniadania smaczne i obfite.

Cons:

Pokój mały dwuosobowy bardzo odradzam, rezerwując miałam świadomość, że pomieszczenie będzie małe, ale jego standard okazał się być dramatycznie niski (w zasadzie to kapsuła nie pokój, niewiele większy od łóżka, niski sufit, tylko w części pokoju można było stanąć i się wyprostować, bardzo niefunkcjonalny, bez żadnych udogodnień do położenia podstawowych rzeczy/ubrań, przede wszystkim bardzo duszno - bez okna i jakiejkolwiek wentylacji, betonowa, poplamiona podłoga, słabe oświetlenie, usytuowany pod schodami jak komórka). Spaliśmy przy uchylonych drzwiach, ponieważ nie było czym oddychać, było to niekomfortowe (zero prywatności) i niebezpieczne - w nocy ktoś z zewnątrz mógł wejść do pokoju (obiekt nie był zamykany na noc). Daleko do wspólnej toalety.

バス停やコンビニからも近く窓からも芦ノ湖が眺められるというロケーション！
暖炉もあったかくてよかったです

Cons:

カプセルの鍵の建て付けがちょっと悪かったけど、それも味だと思う！

Nice stay close to town.
Pros:

We had a double room upstairs and you could openthe French doors to see the lake. Fresh air was lovely.
The communal indoor fireplace area was beautiful.

Enjoyable stay, nice amenities, modern structure.
Pros:

The room was spacious and tidy, The internal fireplace was beautiful, the whole place felt friendly and modern. The view wasn't ideal, but still quite enjoyable.

Cons:

Not particularly easy to reach, last order for meal/drinks was fairly early, the provided pajamas weren't in sharp shape.

Wir hatten das Zimmer nur mit Bett ohne Fenster (Kapsel)
Leider war die Luft dort sehr schlecht drin und wurde über die Nacht immer schlechter, dadurch konnte ich nicht gut schlafen.

Badezimmer nicht Geschlechter getrennt. Toilette ist der Lobby was unangenehm ist, wenn man schon seinen Schlafanzug an hat. Eine Toilette bei den duschen wäre sehr hilfreich.

A great spot to explore Hakone
Pros:

Cons:

ホテルとは程遠い薄暗く汚ない仮設のお化け屋敷だ。
風呂は無くシャワーとトイレは違う階に共同だ。
結局キャンセルした。金は戻らず大損害だ。
夕方から他の空きホテルを捜すの往生した。
こんな宿をネットに出したら駄目で建物を確認の事。
