雰囲気は良いが、不便がたくさんあった。立地はとても良い。
Pros:

暖炉周りはとても雰囲気が良く素晴らしい。トイレやシャワールームも清潔で良かった。外人だらけで日本人は私達だけで面白い体験だった。

Cons:

不便な所が多くて困った。洞穴を演出するために天井が低い所が多く、何度も頭をぶつけた。箱根は3時半以降は夕食難民になるので、このホテルで夕食を取れるのはありがたいのですが、共有ラウンジの席があまりにもないので、席取り競争になる。トイレも少ない。

炉辺も最高でした。

昨今のインバウンドの影響で、パートの主婦が利用するには宿泊代がどこも高くなってしまい滅多には利用できない。

Bien ubicado.
Pros:

La ubicación estaba muy bien y ofrecen desayuno y cena, sobre todo la cena es muy importante porque en Hakone los restaurantes cierran muy temprano y hay muy pocas opciones para cenar.

Cons:

Reservé dos habitaciones, una habitación individual, tipo cápsula.
Olía mal, tenía un olor a pues un poco desagradable.
Las puertas de las cápsulas eran de madera y sonaban bastante cada vez que alguien abría o cerraba su puerta.
La cápsula era muy rústica y austera.
Solamente tenían un sanitario para compartir entre 8 o 10 cápsulas y 3 regaderas. No estaban divididas entre hombres y mujeres como en otros hoteles de cápsula.
Otra de las habitaciones que reservé era doble con baño incluido y estaba bien, contaba con lo necesario.

Cozy lil nook in Hokone!
Pros:

This was a new experience sharing common spaces and they made it very warm, safe and comforting. The rooms were great for solid sleep. The cleansing area was perfect for showering and getting ready, even for 2 girls from Vegas. They even provided amazing products to use and disposable razors, toothbrushes, hair brushes, robes and slippers. The lounge had a comfy area for relaxing with a fire pit and small bar with complimentary water and tea. The breakfast was AMAZING and homemade. Notably the Staff was extremely hospitable and kind. Loved our stay. Safe and lovely experience!

Cons:

Would prefer more sleeping pillows out the decorative pillows.

Pros:

No pude hospedarme debido a que la nieve suspendió el transporte publico, pero el personal fue muy amable en avisar de esto y realizar la devolución completa.

I liked it better than any other hotel I’ve stayed at and was fairly affordable compared to the other hotels in the area
Pros:

The property is very close to the Hakone shrine and the cruise. There is also a bus station next to the Lawson a little across the street too that took me to Odawara station and the Open Air Museum. I booked a double room for 1 person with a private bathroom and shower. It was my comfiest and favorite stay of my Japan trip.

Cons:

No complaints.

Parfait ! :)
Pros:

J’ai adoré mon séjour! Le feu, l’ambiance, le confort, l’emplacement tout y est! Le personnel est vraiment chaleureux et bienveillant. A+++ J’y retournerais n’importe quand ! :)

Cons:

Tout était super, seulement les chambres un peu petites mais l’aire commune est incroyable donc cela compense ! :)
