Pros:

Cozy and well maintained place, excellent staff. Located at walking distance from lake Ashi and is well connected by bus. They have a fireplace in the lounge area where you can sit and relax. I stayed in the capsule room and the bed was quite spacious (the biggest I have ever seen in hostel/capsule rooms).

Camera minimal, ma era descritta. Bel salone comune. Ottima colazione abbondante e varia. Ottima posizione vicinissima al molo

Cons:

Se proprio devo dire qualcosa, la zona doccia non è vicina alle toilette ed è un po' scomodo. Ma è un disagio superabile.

Pros:

Huoneessa oli kotatsu, jonka ääressä oli ihanaa viettää aikaa. Kerrossänky oli tilava eikä narissut. Pistokkeita oli paljon.

Cons:

Ohjeessa luki ettei huoneessa saisi syödä tai juoda mutta huoneessa oli kuitenkin mukit, vedenkeitin, teetä ja kahvia, sekä jääkaappi.

Had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return.

Cons:

Would have liked a more authentic Japanese style breakfast but the breakfast provided was very nice.

A soothing and cozy hotel
Pros:

The hotel is located on the hills above Motohakone, offering a pleasant view of the lake. In just five minutes, you can reach the shore and enjoy a view of Mount Fuji.

The hotel itself is extremely comfortable. There’s a balcony where you can watch the sunset, as well as a cozy corner with blankets and a table (perfect for relaxing).

This is one of the most comfortable hotels I’ve stayed in.

The lobby is also lovely, with a fireplace right in the middle of the room, which adds to the warm and relaxing atmosphere.

Really amazing place to stay in Hakone! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay here, the private double bed is comfortable and a lot more spacious than I had originally thought after just looking at the photos.
The lounge/common area is a true highlight, it is so homely and impossible not to feel comfortable in.
The staff are beyond friendly and go out of their way to make you happy with the stay.
We had dinner and it was delicious, as well as one of their specialty cocktails.
The complimentary breakfast is an additional treat and very tasty!
The shower and bathroom facilities are clean and more than adequate.
10/10 would recommend!

Cons:

Nothing! It's a great place to stay in Hakone :)

Excellent emplacement, hôtes très accueillants, petit déjeuner complet et original.
L'hôtel est magnifique et superbement décoré.

Cons:

La capsule manquait d'aération et il faisait vraiment trop chaud dedans.
