Rooms are newly refurbished and great location. Counter staff need to be more friendly .
Pros:

Good location and reasonable buffet breakfast

Cons:

The hotel retains guests passport which it shouldn’t in the first place whether pre booked or not. Deposit of 1000 baht is still required if guest had paid for the room .

Overall, the location and food were good, but the bedsheets weren’t very clean.
Pros:

I liked that there were a lot of stores, like 7-11 and massage places near it, the room was big, and there was a buffet. Also, there was free parking, which was also great.

I didn’t like that the bedsheet wasn’t very clean. Also, the buffet didn’t have a big selection and the food wasn’t fresh.

Better than expected
Pros:

Rooms were big, modern and comfortable. Great view over Betong and perfect for our stay.

Cons:

Pool was very sad. Pool was fine but the pavement and all the chairs were broken and empty beer bottles there for days/weeks? No pool tools and only 2 in room so they were still wet for showers
