Pros:

Great location, short walk to the main promenade. Very friendly and helpful staff across all departments. Great to have a dedicated beach area with sun loungers and towels. Free parking.

Cons:

Not the fault of the hotel, but we were looking out onto a building site during our stay.

Pros:

La platja està molt bé i aprop, la piscina i el restaurant. Habitacions amplies amb balcó. Bona ubicació en una zona tranquila.

Cons:

Parking en construcció sense vigilància. No ofereixen alternatives sense gluten per ser un hotel de 4 estrelles (em vaig haver de comprar el meu pa al supermercat de davant per poder esmorzar).

Construction Site Hotel
Pros:

The kitchen and house keeping staff are amazing.

Extremely disappointing experience for a high prize.

They demanded full payment upon arrival.
After paying, we were assigned a room on -1 level, with a balcony facing a huge construction area. The advertised sea view was nowhere to be seen. It is definitely not a sea view hotel.

The surroundings are essentially a construction site, with no mention of this anywhere during the advertised booking. Parking is uncontrolled, involving a dirt area and a steep road, with no help with luggage.

After seeing the room, we immediately asked to cancel and leave to book elsewhere to enjoy the ocean. It was also our anniversary that day. They refused a full refund, even a partial refund was rudly denied and also refused to move us to another room, which although they had briefly promised and that promise then taken back. We were told that our complain was stupid and not valid.

The manager then claimed she was not responsible for refunds, saying another person handled them. However, we were told we could not speak to this person, call them, text them, or reach them in any way and they don't do refunds anyway.

In addition, the balcony overlooked the small, constantly packed pool, making it practically unusable for privacy.

The price makes this even worse. For roughly half the price, you can book several hotels right next door with an actual, unobstructed sea view and probably with a kind manager and receptionist.

Overall it feels very much like a big scam. I am sure the hotel gains a huge amount of money solely supported by their aggressive advertisement.

Pros:

Les chambres sont très grandes avec un balcon
Literie très confortable
La piscine et la plage privée sont top et très pratiques
L’hôtel est très bien placé juste en face de la mer et pas loin du centre ville

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n’est pas top
Rien pour faire griller le pain il faut demander

Pros:

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable! Access to both a pool and the beach club was great.

Excellent service and great location
Pros:

Service was excellent and Stacey in reception was particularly helpful.

Cons:

The car park is in a building site - not easy to find and difficult to bring cases up to reception.

I highly recommend
Pros:

Very clean and very friendly staff especially the waiter in the restaurant they are all very friendly.
And very easy to access on the beach and mini market. I highly recommended this hotel to all the tourists want to travel in himara.
