Pros:

Schöne eingerichtete Zimmer und freundliches Personal.
Das Hotel besitzt einen schönen Pool und ein tolles Restaurant.

Cons:

Es hat eine sehr beschränke Anzahl liegen (ca. 10-12)y Oft waren die Liegen reserviert, aber niemand dort. So musste man Glück haben, dass man zwei Liegen erhält.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Es gibt ein Schwimmbecken und man ist auch gleich beim Meer und für die Liegen muss man nichts zahlen, was nicht überall so ist. Wir hatten auch einen Balkon, der schön ist, allerdings sieht man leider eine Baustelle, aber auch das Meer. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es hat sehr viel Auswahl. Wir haben dort auch Abend gegessen, das war auch sehr gut. Alles in allem war es sehr schön.

Fantastisch hotel, een vette aanrader!
Pros:

Dit hotel heeft alles om van je vakantie een feest te maken. Schoon, ruime kamer, ruime badkamer, ruim balkon. Geweldig zwembad, fantastisch ontbijt, heel aardig personeel. En lekker in het rustigere deel van Himarë. Gratis ligbedjes bij Beachbar Dora.

Cons:

Kan werkelijk niks bedenken wat tegenviel. Alles klopte.

Fint och välskött!
Pros:

- Fantastiskt fint litet hotell med bra läge mellan stränder.
- Bra med eget strandområde där solstolar var inkluderade.
- Jättebra frukost!!!
- Fint poolområde.

Cons:

- Bokat rum med poolview. Kunde väl se hörnet av poolen om lutade mig ut. Fick balkong mot byggnadsområde.

Wonderful location and staff!
Pros:

Great location, right across the street from the beach, a market, and quite a few restaurants. Hotel guests have access to the Dora beach club which was perfect! Albanians are known for their hospitality and the Sea View did not disappoint. Hotel was sparkling clean (you can literally eat off the floors- the cleaning staff deserves extra recognition) and the staff was wonderful and friendly! There is a lot of construction in the area, but that is true of all parts of Albania right now and it did not interrupt my relaxing week at the hotel.

A lovely stay and we would like to return.
Pros:

Lovely large room and very comfortable bed. Very clean throughout. Friendly and polite staff with good food.

Cons:

Air con would be nice to be able to control it ourselves.

Everything you expect from a hotel
Pros:

The best hotel I stayed in Albania. I booked Sea View Hotel after my confirmed booking for Rapo’s Resort Hotel got cancelled, as the hotel said they don’t have availability. It was a bit stressful but we had the pleasure to stay in Sea View Hotel instead. They do a descent job. We didn’t have any single issue during our one night stay. The dedicated car parking downstairs was also super handy. The staff were the best. Thank you so much.

Super! Echt een aanrader!
Pros:

Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Alles is van zeer mooie kwaliteit! En kamers zeer netjes!

Cons:

Geen verbeterpunten te bedenken. Het enige wat fijner zou zijn is meer ligbedjes bij het zwembad. Het eetgedeelte is relatief groot ten opzichte van het zwembad gedeelte.

Pros:

La ubicación, la piscina, tener tumbonas en la playa y el desayuno. Comimos los dos días allí y muy bien.

Cons:

Por la noche cambian el control del aire acondicionado, no pudimos ponerlo y hacia mucho calor, al estar cerca de unas obras, a las 5 de la mañana hacen ruido, si tuvieras el aire, cerrabas la ventana y ya, pero si hacías eso no podías dormir del calor. A la ducha le faltaba una mampara y el baño se llevaba de agua.

Buen hotel, nuevo y a un paso dela playa.
Pros:

Hotel nuevo, la encargada Fabiola. Habla español, lo que facilita mucho las cosas.
Enfrente de la playa, con sombrillas y hamacas incluidas en el precio.
Y el.desatuno abundante y variado

Mooi en schoon hotel
Pros:

Super vriendelijk personeel, ruime en schone kamers en de locatie was echt perfect.

Cons:

Helaas zijn ze naast het hotel aan het bouwen waardoor we ook ‘s nachts geluidsoverlast hadden.

Pros:

rien, ça n'était pas des vacances, et personnel pas conciliant du tout, impression d'avoir été abusés, contraints et forcés de payer sous la menace un prestation inexistante

Cons:

Réservation de 2 chambres 4 étoiles vue mer et vue piscine (592€) pour 3 nuits. À notre arrivée, l'hôtel était entouré de travaux extérieurs en cours - bruit de chantier intense de 8h00 à 18h00, vue totalement dégradée. Rien n'était mentionné nulle part : ni sur la fiche de l'établissement, ni dans les avis précédents (le dernier avis datait de 2025, saison précédente sans travaux), ni par un message lors de la réservation ou avant l'arrivée.
Résultat concret : balcon inutilisable (fenêtres fermées en permanence à cause du bruit), piscine inexploitable, repos impossible. Nous avons dû écourter le séjour d'une nuit et réserver ailleurs à nos frais.
Sur place, l'hôtel a refusé toute compensation, invoquant ne pas être responsable des travaux. L'argument est hors sujet : le problème n'est pas qui a causé les travaux, mais l'absence totale d'information sur une dégradation pourtant prévisible et majeure de la prestation vendue, travaux déjà installés depuis des semaines.
Résultat financier : 850 € dépensés (seaview 2 nuits + hotel de secours). Pour un séjour vendu « vue mer » mais plutôt « vue et bruit » marteau piqueur. A fuir si vous cherchez des vacances.
