The spaciuos rooms were well maintained. The bathrooms were also clean. The staff was well behaved and helpful. The nearest place to visit is Tunghabhadra dam park. The hotel has exlusive parking space for hotel guests.

The location is Quiet. And close to Nearby tourist attractions, especially TB dam Park and Anjanadri.
The rooms were clean and bathroom were tidy with dental kits and aromatic soaps and shampoos.

It's value for money, with very basic stuff.
Pros:

The hotel is more suitable for budget friendly and if you want to stay around Dam , then this is a OK place. Rooms are fine and bathrooms are good.
Staffs were good.

Cons:

Food is very Ok, cleanliness in kitchen and dinning area is totally missing.
Bed sheets were not clean, we had to ask them to change.
