Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful even if there sometimes was a small language barrier. They even gave us a small intro to their winery process. The food (as well as the à la carte breakfast) at the restaurant was great and the portions were good.
Our room itself was large and clean and had a mini fridge and a little terrace with a nice view of the fields next to the hotel.

Cons:

There was quite some noise from the other rooms and hallway that could be heard through the walls.
This is fine if you have quiet neighbours, but we weren't so lucky. ;-)
The hotel is not just a hotel: the place also serves as an event venue (such as weddings, birthday parties...) and a restaurant which means there is always some noise in the evening. While we were staying at Ciflik Winery they held a wedding party with (live) music in the garden until around 1 a.m. All of this had been communicated by email on the day before our arrival with the option to cancel our reservation without any costs. We asked if we could have a room on the opposite side of the hotel as to where the party was held, which was respected. We did not hear a lot of noise from the music/party goers in the garden after 1 p.m. as previously promised.
Since the hotel is also an event venue and a restaurant there is not a lot of space where hotel guests would easily go to sit in the garden to relax; there are only restaurant tables so if you just feel like sitting down and relaxing, this feels odd. This is our biggest "complaint" about the hotel: with the exception of your little terrace and some chairs in the reception area of the hotel, hotel guests have nowhere to just go and "be".

Pros:

This is a modern hotel with a very good and popular restaurant, located located above the city with views across the region. The staff were especially helpful and communicative. The location is ideal for tourists with car. We had the added bonus of a local party using the garden and live local music for the evening.

Cons:

Our room was quite small, not an issue for us.

Pros:

A szálloda összességében sokkal jobb volt mint amire számítottunk. A szoba szépen berendezett, és tiszta volt, törölköző és kozmetikai termékek be voltak készítve. A vacsora finom volt és ár érték arányban is nagyon jó. Annak ellenére hogy rendezvény volt, a szobába semmi nem hallatszott föl, nem zavarta a pihenést. A reggelit, ami benne volt a szoba árában étlapról lehet választani, ez is nagyon finom volt. Máskor is visszatértünk ha erre járunk, és csak ajánlani tudjuk.
