The staff were very helpful and courteous. Quite clean and the special room was huge. Very comfortable and close to the temple.

Cons:

The bathroom tiles are quite slippery and dangerous for senior citizens. Laying Anti skid tiles would help

The hotel is close to temple and clean. The staff is courteous. Overall, a great experience.

Cons:

The hotel checkout billing team missed the last invoice and asked us to pay after we reached back home. So was a little disappointed there.
