Clean and Spacious room , value for money

Also on last day we had to leave for mandir darshan and knowing we had to check out prior , the receptionist was kind enough to allow us use 1 room on return from darshan ,to freshen up before we departed for Mumbai .

Cons:

Though it's a new hotel , some if the accessories in the washroom fittings were loosened , but functional

Overall, my stay was good. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was well maintained, the staff were polite, and the hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the temple. It offers good value for money.

Cons:

Please be careful while ordering food. The prices mentioned on the menu kept in the room are not the same as the prices charged in the final bill. I was charged more than the listed prices. It is better to confirm the price before placing your order.

Pros:

Everything except the location from Sai temple..it is too far.

Wasn't upto the mark.
Pros:

Room is spacious. The bed is comfy. Location it's not close by but walkable distance.

Cons:

The bathroom was not upto the mark. As per the room charges the toilet was horrible. No tissues in the toilet. had to ask and was told they usually don't keep since guest don't use it. They eventually gave us one tissue roll. Also the cutlery, plates and teacup were made of cheap plastic and had stains. Hotel of this calibre should never use cheap plastic plates and cups.

When we requested for new ones they said we can ask the restaurant for glasses but will have to return. And they eventually came back after one hour and took the teacup back. Terrible experience as we paid 5k for the room.

TV wasn't functioning with no cable service. When we informed them.. they sent someone to check but could not fix the issue.

There are other hotels in the vicinity and they charge much lesser.

5k for one night is not worth it. We had high hopes that's wy we paid so much. Very disappointed

For the price these guys charging the service wasn't upto the mark. Not sure if we will stay here again. They really need to improve on their services. The only good thing the bed was really comfy. That's all.
