Fix the window!

The window next to the bad was broken, so the cold air not only got into the room, but i felt like i was on a mountain and the wind wanted to blow me away! It was blowing the curtain away from the window and kept creeping into the bed, and I could only go asleep 100% under the covers. I heard everything on the road (and the corridor), so earplugs is a must.

If the window was a functioning one, I would have given the accomodation a 4 out of 5, be ause othervise its a dece t place for the money you pay.

I cant emphasise enough: a window that's installed with ducktape is the wildest thing to experience next to your bed in wintertime! It will be a nice story, but for a review, I have to tell it straight.

The hotel doesn't have internal payment.
Just cash or Chinese card system.. I thought they could get one international payment as they are having international guest

Firstly, the prices on Booking.com were significantly higher compared to other Chinese booking platforms, and there was no option to cancel the reservation once made. Upon arrival, the front desk staff seemed unfamiliar with handling Booking.com reservations. I had to show them my confirmation email multiple times, but they still struggled to understand the process. After several back-and-forths, I was finally given my room key.
Unfortunately, the room reeked of cigarette smoke, which triggered severe throat irritation and made it difficult to breathe while sleeping. To make matters worse, after checking out, I received an email from Booking.com claiming I hadn't checked in—despite having paid in full. The system even falsely marked my reservation as 'last-minute canceled' on the app, which was absurd. I had to spend time on the phone with customer service to straighten everything out.
Adding to the inconvenience, the hotel’s location is quite remote—far from the city center—requiring a taxi ride just to reach the nearest subway station. Between the booking system errors, poor customer service, and subpar accommodations, I strongly advise against staying here.

Unfortunately, I was asked to find a another hotel. Apparently their systems were down when I had arrived, so I could not stay at this hotel. I was very disappointed. I did book this well in advance but I wasn't given any awareness of this happening.
