Very unprofessional staff, I had reserved 3 rooms with different standards to meet our different needs, receptionist mixed this up completely, would not talk in English. Nice and comfortable hotel but our experience was a little bit ruined. Breakfast was disappointing.

The location of the hotel near the forest despite the very bad road. The size of the room was big enough and clean. The view to mountain was very nice.
The service in the restaurant was horrible. We needed to wait almost an hour to receive our order and we were the only customers at the time. The food was not cooked well. There was no hot water on one of the evenings and no adequate reaction from the staff.

The place is nice, it is located far from the center of Sinaia - very quiet and with a wonderful view. Breakfast was good.
We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. The open-up bed we got for the kids was narrow, couldn't really fit them both. (It was also made for one person). The staff said this is the best there is. Getting there wasn't easy, it's not only far from the center but the road to get there was really rough and partly not paved. Walls were super thin, could hear everything outside the lobby.
