skiing in SINAIA
Pros:

my second year at Riviera for my 3 days of skiing in Sinaia... I found the hotel room clean and warm with a small balcony. I loved it. The restaurant is clean with very good food at reasonable prices. Will come next year for sure at this location. Thank You

Pros:

It was very comfortable and the location is good if you have a car.
The restaurant in the hotel is very good and the service is great as well

Cons:

Booking offered us 2 rooms for 2 adults and 4 kids. When we arrived we found out only 2 queen beds . Eventually the staff was very nice and add us one more bed. They emphasised that usually they don’t have another bed to add. Put attention that in this hotel all the rooms are including place for only 2 people.

מעבר לזה נחמד לפעם הראשונה ואחרונה זה מספיק

אהבתי שיש מסעדה באותו מלון ויש נהר מחוץ לחלון

Cons:

מיטה אחת הייתה שבורה מרפסת מעפנה חדר קטנצי׳ק
הוייפי לא עבד האירוח היה לא הכי מלבלב מצד הפקידה (היא השתדלה מאוד להיות נחמדה) . יש תשלום נוסף של 19 ליי על מס עירייה או משהו בסגנון (כתוב בהסכם) וחיכינו עוד כ45 דק מעבר לצ׳ק אין שהיה באתר בגלל עיכוב מצידם

Mai multă implicare a personalului hotelier.
Pros:

Amabilitatea și ospitalitate personalului din restaurant.

Cons:

Implicarea cameristelor (schimbarea prosoapelor folosite, ridicarea gunoiul și modul de a pune hârtiea igienică în clanța de la ușă).

Amb tots els luxes al costat de Sinaia
Pros:

L'allotjament queda a la carretera principal, tot i així, no es sentien massa els cotxes. I vam descansar d'allò més bé.
L'habitació disposava de tot, era càlida, neta i còmode. Ubicat a Sinaia, tot i que a la carretera principal.
Vam esmorzar a l'allotjament i vam encertar, va estar d'allò més. El restaurant també és molt càlid i molt ben decorat.
Un 10 per tot el personal de l'allotjament.
