Nice place but needs improvements
Pros:

Staff were great. Sorted our Tuk Tuk rides to the restaurant.

Cons:

It’s a bit run down. Owners need to invest in some upgrades and improve the overall condition.
Not much in the local area.

The beach was a mess and there was no access to the sea; it was just rocks.

Perfekt gelegen am Strand - dieser ist zwar nicht so sauber aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts- viel schöner als direkt in Negombo

Gutes "Flughafenhotel", aber nicht mehr als 1-2 Nächte.
Pros:

Lage zum Flughafen ist top, trotzdem kaum Fluglärm.
Wie überall sehr nette Gastgeber.
Entspanntes Grundstück mit direktem Zugang zum Meer.
Frühstück nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet und auf der Terrasse angerichtet.

Cons:

Zimmer, vor allem Badezimmer leider nicht ganz sauber. Toilette hatte ein Leck.
Klimaanlage und Ventilator vorhanden, beides aber extrem laut und rumpelig sowie nur maximale Stufe verfügbar. Zum schlafen musste man diese ausmachen.

It’s a great apartment but the beach is not what I expected. It’s full of sea ​​urchin and I was afraid to go swimming. Around the accommodation is pretty much nothing. If you like that it’s a great place to relax.

За небольшие деньги ты получаешь практически собственную виллу. Эстетично.

Cons:

У меня в ванной ночью была лягушка, насекомые.
Хотелось бы бассейн.

Pros:

Tolle ruhige Hütten auf einem Grundstück mit Garten, direkt am Strand. Ausstattung und Größe der Zimmer überdurchschnittlich für Sri Lanka. Tolles Frühstück und sehr nette, hilfsbereite Jungs vor Ort :)

Amazing quiet stay with friendly stuff and good food
Pros:

Accommodation was near the beach, so beautiful and quiet!!!! Amazing room with air conditioning and very clean!!! Stuff was really kind and friendly, they made as dinner and breakfast both delicious!!! I wish we could stay at least day more
