Pros:

The hotel is in a good location and the breakfast was nice!

Cons:

We used the hotels laundry service and when we got our clothes back they where still dirty and shoved in the bag but claimed to be washed, we still had to pay for this service even though it wasn’t to a good standard, everything other than that was good :)

beh la frutta e' il massimo a colazione, avrei gradito anche lo yogurt ma pazienza....comunque positiva. Mi e'piaciuto soprattutto la disponibilita' della sig.ra della reception che si e' prodigata per organizzarci il tour della baia il giorno seguente e il trasferimento in bus alla destinazione prossima del nostro viaggio ninh binh, nello stesso giorno. tutto perfetto.

Tolles Hotel für mehrtägige Aufenthalte in guter Lage für Ausflüge jeglicher Art.
Pros:

Herausragend war das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Die Unterkunft war bequem und hatte eine sehr gute Lage. Fußläufig waren viele Restaurants zu erreichen. Ein gutes Frühstücksbüfett läutete jeweils meine schönen Tage in Cat Ba ein. Das Cat Ba Eco Hotel ist eine echte Empfehlung!

Pros:

The staff were very responsive and helpful during our stay, providing advice on the best way to get to Cat Ba and what to do while there. The location is very convenient and close to great restaurants and beaches as well as the pier that Lan Ha Bay cruises depart from.

Pros:

Bardzo przyjemny hotel. Śniadanie smaczne. Czysto w pokojach. Pan na recepcji bardzo miły i pomocny. Ogarnął nam świetny całodniowy rejs statkiem po zatoce w super cenie a także transport nocny do Sapy mega komfortowym autobusem. Z pewnością jest to obiekt który poleciłabym znajomym

Excellent stay; no notes.
Pros:

Phenomenal breakfast, very clean, wonderful front desk staff. Highly recommend.

Cons:

The street noise could be heard, but the windows were double-paned and did a good job of cancelling it out when closed.

Confortable room in hotel with super breakfast!
Pros:

Welcoming staff. The room was clean and tidy and I loved the traditional breakfast with the soupe Pho! Many restaurants around the hotel.

Comfortable beds and pillows, everything nice and clean, delicious breakfast!

Cons:

We only booked three nights and plan to extend our stay by one night at the hotel itself, which ended up being more expensive than booking online beforehand. I’m not sure how the system works, but that was a bit of a shame.
