Comfortable beds and pillows, everything nice and clean, delicious breakfast!

Cons:

We only booked three nights and plan to extend our stay by one night at the hotel itself, which ended up being more expensive than booking online beforehand. I’m not sure how the system works, but that was a bit of a shame.

Un bel hôtel au cœur de la ville - personnel à l’accueil formidable
Pros:

L’hôtel était parfaitement située, la chambre était propre et le lit confortable. Le déjeuner est bien. La location de scooter facile et sur place. Ce qui fait de cet hôtel un endroit exceptionnel est son personnel. Hung et Viviane ont été très accueillants, nous ont donné des recommandations d’endroits à visiter formidables. Toujours souriants et forts sympathiques, ils ont fait en sorte que nous sommes restés 6 jours de plus. Merci à vous deux pour votre excellent service. On y serait restés encore plus longtemps si on avait pu. 🤗

Cons:

Le café au petit déjeuner mériterait une version meilleure! Et peut-être ajouter du yogourt serait bien. Ceci en guise de suggestions d’améliorations 😉

Hotel nuevo con buen desayuno y ubicación
Pros:

Es un hotel nuevo iniciando la zona comercial de Cat Ba. Es realmente muy cómodo, desayuno muy rico y la zona es silenciosa. Tiene insonorización así que no habrá problema por ruido. En la zona hay muchos restaurantes, masajes y servicios en general. Una recomendación para quienes lo visiten, justo detrás está la torre de radio y si caminas más al fondo hay un mirador excepcional de Cat Ba. Es cerquisima del hotel.

Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the very beginning, Vivian helped us incredibly well. She is extremely friendly, empathetic, and truly goes above and beyond to help with anything you need. You can ask her absolutely anything, and she is always there for you.

Since we arrived early after a night bus, we were allowed to check in earlier, which was a huge plus for us. On the day of departure, we were also able to use the shower, which we really appreciated.

Vivian arranged everything quickly and efficiently: scooters were ready for us within minutes, and even our laundry was done the very same day, which is quite exceptional. She made sure everything went smoothly and stress-free.

The room itself was also excellent: very clean, with comfortable beds and a great shower. Everything was well-maintained and tidy.

Overall, an excellent stay with outstanding service; Vivian truly makes the difference. Highly recommended!

Lovely spot in Cat Ba
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at Cat Ba Eco Hotel. We arrived a little early and were able to check in. The staff were lovely and the breakfast very good. The beds were really comfortable, and the location was perfect for walking to restaurants.

I wild certainly recommend Eco Hotel to anyone.
Pros:

Really nice rooms, modern, electricity / hot water always working with no problems. Friendly and helpful staff members, one of the best breakfast buffets we’ve had in Vietnam, fair prices, excellent central location.

Pros:

Een warm welkom bij aankomst en heel behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt was gewoon goed, niet te veel speciaals maar alles wat er lag was lekker. Goed werkende airco, een lekker bed en een schone badkamer! Top top top
