Pros:

Quiet place , clean rooms

Cons:

Windows were not working properly , I dont recommend in winter time. Dinner is mostly about pork products, limited vegan options

Много приятно и уютно място. Персонала беше много мил , обслужването и храната в ресторанта ме изненадаха много приятно.Със сигурност бих го препоръчала, съотношението цена - качество 10 /10

Pros:

Спретнат и чист хотел, с много добър и вежлив персонал. Стаята беше достатъчно голяма, за да се чустваш прекрасно и същевременно много уютно. Ресторантът също е на ниво. Храната е вкусна и добре поднесена. Използват се качествени продукти.

Cons:

Единствената ни забележка е че вратата на банята/тоалетната е с матово стъкло и светлината, нощно време е точно в лицето на спящите.

I would appreciate a partial refund as it was not like it was sold here on booking.com unfortunately.
Pros:

The style they tried to achieve with the furniture.
The oven pizza for dinner was delicious and great that you have 1 drink included within your dinner allowance. The view from the terrace was nice.

Cons:

The arch tray was dirty from previous guests.
There were 3 bathrobes and we were 4 people.
Only 1 pair of slippers.
The paint in the bathroom is peeling off.
The decking on the terrace is dangerous loose.
There was old food on the carpet and a dead bug on arrival in the room.
The spa Bath was not filled with water on the terrace and could not be used.
The main spa area: most dirty and disgusting Jacuzzi I have seen. Steam room was not working.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was very pleasant, the staff was friendly, and everything was clean and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my time here. If I visit the city again, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Mooi hotel , zeer goed ontvangen door de receptioniste, mooie kamer (3 persoons) de bedden waren comfortabel, zachte matrassen. Eigen parkeerplaats, mooie bar .

Cons:

De airconditioning is niet apart per kamer te regelen, waardoor het een sauna was en onmogelijk was om in te slapen , met de balkondeur open hadden we een concert van blaffende honden. In de ochtend ziek door de airconditioning en droge lucht en warmte , heel jammer dat heeft het verblijf onprettig gemaakt

It was ok, but wasn’t worth the money and wouldn’t go back there
Pros:

The location was good. I liked how we were so close to the mountains. There was also a parking, which was also good. The beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

It wasn’t worth the money for sure. When I booked the place, I thought it was the spa included, but it actually wasn’t. When we went there, they told us we have to pre-book a time, when we want to go, which is only for 1 hour and a half and it costs 20 leva per person, which was kinda surprising. Also, when we were waiting to get the key for the room with balcony, which we choose on Booking, they told us that there was a mistake made in the system and we have to be in a lower floor and with no balcony.. I already started having red flags after that. However, after a few minutes they somehow fixed the issue and managed to put us in the room, which we actually booked and paid for.
Another thing, 2 days after I made the reservation through Booking, they called me and told me that on the second night (which was Valentine’s Day), we have to pay for our dinner, and that wasn’t said anywhere before. I thought I was booking a place to stay for two nights with breakfast, dinner and spa included. Yes, but no… We didn’t even get to the spa, knowing how small it was (for maximum 3 people inside) and we thought it’s not worth the money.
Another thing, the dinner the first night, which was included, was good, but we had to pick between different meals, we couldn’t order more than one main dish, which was kinda weird. It wasn’t like a buffet to get whatever you feel like eating. They had one salad available, main dish - between 2/3 different types of pizza, spaghetti 2 types and 2 types of pork meal, which didn’t had any variety.
The second night when was actually the Valentine’s Day and the reason we were there, I was expecting a special dinner, knowing we have to pay 25 euros per person. The environment was okay, they thought about putting romantic decorations, but dinner was the same as the first night, nothing special, the only thing was that we had more food.

Чудесно място за крака почивка. Хотелът е разположен в подножието на Карандила персонала е любезен, кухнята отлична, стаите са хубави. Отлично съотношение между качество и цена !!!
