Amazing hotel - great location - comfortable rooms - delicious breakfast - very friendly staff
Pros:

Lovely hotel - amazing typically Tyrolean breakfast - great room with separate living area - comfortable beds and pillows - exceptionally friendly and helpful staff - great location from which to explore this medieval town and the monsatery perched high above. Would love to stay again.

Pros:

Ein außergewöhnliches Haus, es steckt sehr viel Liebe im Detail. Die Inhaber haben es sehr gut verstanden, Tradition und Moderne zu verbinden. Als Gast fühlt man sich in den historischen Mauern sehr wohl. Das Frühstück lässt selbst für ewige Nörgler keine Wünsche offen.

Nice and cozy stay
Pros:

The room was amazing. Breakfast top quality

Cons:

There was a smell coming out from the shower tube.
Quite challenging reaching the Hotel Entrance with the car as the road is very narrow

Superfijn hotel op een ideale locatie
Pros:

Prachtig gebouw, kamer en badkamer zijn heel fijn en modern. Gelegen in een pittoresk dorpje, op 20-30 minuten rijden van de mooiste bergen in de Dolomieten. Fijn terras en restaurant, goede parkeergelegenheid

Cons:

Kamer had geen airco, maar het was er (in juli) niet heet

Hôtel de goût dans le centre historique
Pros:

Un hôtel situé dans le centre ville historique, une chambre spacieuse, décorée avec goût ! Un petit déjeuner grandiose.

Cons:

Il n’y avait pas de climatisation et l’atmosphère était très lourde dans la chambre. De plus, l’insonorisation n’était pas très bonne, nous entendions énormément les personnes au dessus de nous… Le restaurant de l’hôtel qui avait l’air très bon était fermé le jour où nous nous sommes rendus dans cette hôtel…

Top Hotel und Restaurant mit traumhaften Essen
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage in Klausen, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, wunderschönes altes Gebäude neu renoviert. Auch das im Hotel befindliche Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Im Garten kann man hier toll sitzen.
Komfortable Zimmer, tolles Frühstück, echte Gastfreundlichkeit.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros:

房间很干净舒服，离停车场也很近，去刀锋山住这里很方便开车只要20分钟。一楼餐厅有一个服务生好帅，像天使一样。前台爷爷也帮助我们很多

Hotel bez żadnej wcześniejszej informacji w momencie meldowania sie poinformował nas że nie ma dla nas pokoju. Rezerwacja była robiona z trzy miesiecznym wyprzedzeniem i gdy ją robiliśmy to było dostępnych wiele pokoi. Zaproponowano nam inny hotel oddalony o 1 kilometr, za który pokryja koszty. Gdybym chciał inny hotel to bym sobie sam go zarezerwował. Słabe zachowanie, tak sie nie robi bez wcześniejszego uzgodnienia.
