Sehr nettes Personal und super gut geführt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr naturnah und modern. Das Essen und die Weinauswahl ist sehr, sehr gut.

Unico appunto è che non hanno molta attenzione per i vegetariani nel menù

Molto bella la stanza su due piani con due terrazze ed un bel panorama, letti comodi e bagno molto grande
Il personale accogliente ed attento ci ha accompagnato alla stanza in quanto la conformazione dell’hotel è un po’ da capire
Il parcheggio coperto super comodo ed apprezzato
La Spa è curata e con una bella piscina
La colazione ottima e curata con prodotti locali
L’hotel si trova in una posizione un po’ defilata dalla via principale in effetti si sta proprio bene e non si sentono rumori fastidiosi
Siamo stati bene e ci torneremo!

The food, the comfort of the room, the keenness of the staff, the most relaxing spa to come back to after a long day outdoors!

Everything was wonderful, the staff was very friendly and did everything to make our stay great, the room is spatious and the view was great, very clean, the pool was great for our children, the spa was a bonus! The food is excelent, especialy the dinner, where you can choose from 3 options for the 3 courses. Very tasteful, excellent desserts!

The secretary who cannot provide the requested information. Cigarette smell in the hall. Cold water in the pool. Non-functional lights. Suffocating heat in the dining room.
I will not return. a bad experience.

I found cold water in the pool. 🥶. only 7 types of food that rotate. the meat is always raw (always in blood). the room maid who talks loudly on the phone (headset) disturbing sleep in the morning.

Our family spend a skiing week in Arnica Mountain Hotel. It’s a perfect location to reach to every important skiing resorts around and have full diversity of slopes every day. The owner, Marco, is a respectable chef and devised a magnificent menu, accompanied by awesome wine list. And Spa in the hotel is a cherry in the cake. The owners and staff are truly friendly and making it feel like home. Highly recommended.

In the heart of the Val di Fassa,Arnica Mountain Hotel is definitely to be recomended,specially for it´s Restaurant and Spa and if you combined it with the Junior Suite Design as we did,it is a 4 star quality hotel.Marco is a fantastic cook,everything is delicious with a great variety of "gourmet"dishes and flaviors to choose,two nights we got surprise menus (not allways for vegans).Good breakfast.They all are very friendly and offer an exellent service.The Spa is really a plus,very relaxing with nice backround music.The
hotel guests are mosty italians.The Junior Design Suite is very spacious,modern,with confortable bed and pillows.It has a save, flat tv and a good shower.Everything very clean.For wifi access we hat to go to the reception-bar area.We took the offer 4 nights pay 3 offer (only from monday until thursday ).Arnica is a very good choice in this amazing Dolomiti area.Marco and his wife also own "Laurins Lounge"with a fantastic panorama view ( 2330m), a great excursion ( ca. 1 h ) Grazie per tutto ! the australian-catalan couple.
