La struttura oltre ad essere veramente molto bella esteticamente è curatissima in ogni dettaglio. Hanno preso da pochissimi giorni la quarta stella ed è più che meritata. Tutto eccellente, spa pulitissima, attrezzata e a livelli di comodità altissimi. Ti forniscono persino la borsa per i teli ed accappatoi in camera, il tutto accompagnato da un personale gentile ed accogliente.

Pros:

Hotel in ottima posizione, rialzato rispetto al paese. Il personale è molto accogliente e si vede che ci tengono molto agli ospiti. Colazione ottima, così come la cena.
Camere molto curate e pulite. Bellissima inoltre la piscina con vista sulle montagne e tetto con vista cielo.

La Spa e la gentilezza della dipendente dedicata ad essa.

Cons:

L’acqua della piscina non era calda.
Sul sito web dell’hotel non è specificato che in piscina serve la cuffia e soprattutto che, se fornita dalla reception, viene fatta pagare al momento del check out.
La camera non è stata granché.

Pros:

La struttura denota una cura e manutenzione costante negli anni. Il personale gentile e discreto. Ma quello che è .....uber alles... è il livello di PULIZIA effettuata nella massima discrezione. Non ho mai visto un addetto intento alle pulizie ma tutto era straordinariamente pulito e ordinato, sempre! (ma come fanno?)
L'area spa è di livello superiore alla categoria dell'albergo. Inutile sottolineare anche qui la pulizia
La posizione dell'albergo defilata rispetto alla strada principale lo rende particolarmente silenzioso e tranquillo.
A mezza pensione la scelta del menù è varia, la cucina ben curata

Una compagnia di una ventina di ospiti rumorosi, che non riuscivano a non parlarsi sopra la voce uno con l'altro schiamazzando. Per fortuna si sono fermati solo una notte!

Pokoje krásně zařízené, všude voňavo a čisto

Cons:

Úplně katastrofální je zde strava! Snídaně zoufalé...jedna šunka, jeden platkový sýr a jedna zelenina-rajče které potřebovalo minimálně ještě 14 dní dozrávat, pár kousků sladkého , uvařené vejce a volské voko přetažené natvrdo...trochu křupek....prostě minimum nebylo z čeho vybírat a každý den to samé...zoufalé....večeře ještě horší....talíře tedy vypadaly skvěle, ale bohužel se to nedalo jíst! Zoufalé bylo i servírování-stylem svatby...celá restaurace dostala předkrm....a až všichni dostali předkrm cca 50 lidí tak potom se servírovalo další....mezi tím si samozřejmě ještě objednávalo pití......takže večeře začala v půl osmé a pokaždé končila až v devět! Hodinu a půl! Nápoje se hradily zvlášť. V Itálii jsme zůstali o jeden den déle,ale nelenili jsem a na ten den jsem se radši přestěhovali do jiného hotelu.....

Hotel splendido, caratteristico e super pulito. Molto curati gli interni e le camere. colazione abbondante e ottima cena con servizio da ristorante top. Un ringraziamento alla famiglia Brunel e ai ragazzi di sala sempre impeccabili. Che dire poi del centro wellness... Bellissimo !! Bravi, complimenti!! Ci vediamo presto.
