Location was ok, little outside the main city.

Cons:

Lift was not working while we are checkin and they said it will be done by next day morning. But throughout our stay it was not repaired. Our room was 3rd floor and we had to use stairs everytime. This is very bad.

Extremely poor.
Pros:

Only the food was okay.

Cons:

The rooms were extremely dirty. The bed linen was stained, there were hair strands on the beds, the toilets were very very dirty. The almirah had previously used wet towels that were smelling. The TV was not properly put on the wall. Even after repeated requests, the staff was not responsive at all.
