Everything was perfect for us: facilities, cleanness, service, location, price and etc. It was all above our expectation. My girls sincerely loved it and did not want to leave.

De ensueño
Pros:

La habitación en la que nos quedamos era muy cómoda y espaciosa. Tenía mucho espacio de guardado para poder acomodar el equipaje. Además estaba decorada con muy buen gusto.
El desayuno continental era abundante y variado y tenía las frutas más ricas que he comido en mi vida.
El hotel queda cerca de la torre de Kioto y de muchos cafés, restaurantes y tiendas. En la misma vereda hay un jardín hermoso y a la vuelta de la esquina hay un templo Budista excepcional.
El personal fue muy amable con nosotros y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos con nuestras dudas.

No hay nada que no me haya gustado.

Lovely stay in a quiet neighborhood
Pros:

Location was super quiet and in a quaint area! Staff were friendly and gave us some lovely food suggestions. Room was huge with plenty of room to spread out, and my 6'2 husband fit just fine on the beds

Cons:

The pillows were a little weird. One of them was nice and fluffy, but the other was a very hard buckwheat pillow.

Lovely place to start our journey
Pros:

Lovely hotel, so comfortable after a long journey from UK. Staff so kind and friendly. Gave us our room early. Breakfast a work of art and delicious.

旅館的員工十分熱心禮貌且回復都很詳細, 幫忙把行李送到門口, 有任何需求都會盡量幫忙做到.
內部空間十分寬敞, 即使是兩個大行李箱打開也綽綽有餘
小小的園景在泡湯時也可以看得到, 讓人覺得有在這個空間被療癒到
這次挑選 12/31 跨年的時間入住, 當晚還有提供蕎麥麵宵夜, 1/1的早餐也有特別提供日本傳統過年吃的年菜, 新年酒等服務
地點離京都車站走 10~15分鐘可到, 其實沒有非常遠,
整體是個非常開心的入住經驗

Cons:

便利商店與地鐵, 公車等的距離較遠, 因為是住宅區很安靜, 但晚上一個人走時也會因此有點緊張 XD
房間的燈光較昏暗 即使全開並開到最亮還是有點暗, 因此整理行李時稍稍不方便
