Trotz Abstrichen ein schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine ruhige, angenehme Atmosphäre und liegt sehr zentral. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Parken kann man für 7,50 € im Parkhaus um die Ecke, das jedoch extrem eng ist. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war nicht so schön wie das bei booking.com dargestellte Businesszimmer. Es wurde auch nicht aufgeräumt und gereinigt während unseres Aufenthaltes. Ich verstehe, dass ein kleines Hotel in der Nebensaison vielleicht knapp kalkulieren muss, aber dann wäre ich gerne über den fehlenden Service informiert. Die Auswahl im Frühstückraum entsprach auch nicht meinen Vorstellungen eines 4-Sterne-Hotels.

Pros:

Die Zimmer waren super.., die Lage ebenfalls. Und die Dame im Frühstücksraum sehr herzlich und nett.

Cons:

Die Sauna selbst war gut. Der Bereich herum sehr stiefmütterlich. Noch nicht mal einfach Wasser zum trinken. Gerade mal 2 Liegen zum ausruhen. Die Duschen nicht komplett in takt.
Das Frühstück mit Aufbackbrötchen, einer Sorte Brot und ausser Obstsalat kein Obst.
