Great value in a lovely boutique hotel. Excellent location, wonderful staff, and spotless accommoda
Pros:

Entire hotel rooms, common areas, lobby,and restaurants were incredibly clean
All staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and accommodating

The cleanliness - it was clean for an old building, we had a shared bathroom which was very clean as well.

Historic hotel updated in the '80s. Tiny & clean. No washroom, sink in room. Walkable everywhere.

Won’t be returning.
Pros:

It was clean and there was a sink in the room.

Cons:

The bathroom facilities. The fact that you could be on the toilet and a stranger could come in and shower at the same time was beyond what was expected when told it was a shared bathroom. There was no privacy. Even the way the way the toilet was installed left gaps at the hinges so you felt like you had to hide for privacy.

Clean, nice, friendly hotel
Pros:

The front people are really nice. My mom is 82 year old. They helped us carry our luggage’s to the second floor. I requested the front desk people to switch a better view room. They did it for me. They were nice and polite. The hotel is very clean.

Wont stay again.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

No lift or assistance with luggage to reach upstairs room.
Room was dated. Little room for suitcases which made movement hard. Maintenance needed to be carried out on the room. Definitely overpriced for what was offered
Charged deposit fee of $200 and then charged twice for room which took days to reimburse.
