Other than what I have said in my dislike, it was a decent hotel someone would love to stay.
Pros:

It was a good hotel

Cons:

Hot water supply. The reception man told us to keep the hot water tap on for 15-20 minutes to get hot water. It was more than half an hour, hot water didn't appear. What a wastage. Felt really bad, but there was no way.

What a pity we are living in 2020s yet relying on a hot water system of 1980s. We live in a gulf country. Any type of hotel there, hot water arrives instantly. Perhaps it's about time we introduced this kind of system. More than anything else, wastage of water really hurts.

Stay at JK PARK RESIDENCY KANNUR
Pros:

Everything..they have a fantastic team,very courteous, clean and hygienic and placed at a very good location .Ample parking space..lounge bar, restaurant, complimentary breakfast etc makes them a good place to stay.

HORRIBLE. Indecent Staff Behaviour, Ruthless Attitude. Food Served of Lowest Standards. Not Worth.

Rooms are not bad.

Cons:

Food in Restaurant was horrible. Velocity Executive Lounge was pathetic and terrible. Bar Tenders lack decency and Hospitality. They need training in Behavioral values and Diplomatic approach with Customers. One Bar Tender Mr. Nithin was so rude and Rustic in Bahaviour. Manager Mr.Mathew didn't respond to our Complaints, simply ignored us. Very Poor Hospitality in God's Own Country. Very Mediocre rating. Absolutely Not Worth the Value for Money Spent.

The Worst Kind of Hospitality. Mediocre Staff Behaviour.
Pros:

The Rooms are Ok. The Bar, Restaurant, Food served was the Worst, I ever had. The Bar and Restaurant Attenders/Suppliers were absolutely Horrible. Their Behaviour especially one Guy Mr. Nithin was so rude, rustic, undiplomatic in behaviour. Its really pathetic to see such Guys being employed in a Hospitality industry. The Food served was so Horrible, We had Gastritis and Dysentery for a Week. Except Ample Parking, Theres nothing good there worth mentioning. Its Waste of Money not worth spending here.

See Above. Everythong here is below par. Mediocre. Very Rude, Rustic, Horrible Staff Behaviour. Spoiled, Contaminated Food being served here. Very Horrible Bar, Restaurant and Boarding.
