Excellent location, very helpful staff and good value .
Pros:

Staff went out of their way to help us and made a pack up breakfast as we were leaving early. Rooms were very good value and great location for eating out in the evening and the train station.

Its central location made it easy to reach key places in and around Kannur. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well arranged, adding to a relaxing experience.The staff’s hospitality truly stood out. They were polite, friendly, and very attentive. Room service was prompt and efficient, meeting our needs without delay.
The in-house restaurant was good, and the complimentary breakfast was fresh and flavorful. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay with excellent value for money.

Peaceful location. Very neat and clean.

Very neat and clean. Spotless.On a silent lane but very central. Simple decent complimentary South India breakfast. Friendly staff in the dining hall and front reception and all over. I liked the variety of pillows to sleep!

Not up to the standards we were expecting, that too from a Government supported organisation. Rooms were moldy and not really clean. The breakfast was just for the name sake.
