Cons:

Open carpark cause a danger on vehicle passerby. Suggest to erect a barrier or barricade to avoid any collision. I experience 1 collision when park been park and hit by other car user.

Nice and okay to stay for few nights
Pros:

It’s at the centre of bandar kerteh. Can get you anywhere very fast. Plus many number of restaurants around including 2 western pizzas at ground floor.

Cons:

Noise of cars/bikes. The windows are not properly insulated from noise and i can still hear those kapcais racing at wee in the morning
