• Location is strategic - near to eateries etc
• Price is cheap

Con(s):
• The room is a bit small
• The step to the toilet is high. Careful when enter and exit the toilet
• The building next door was doing some renovations until night. Was about to sleep at 10 pm some sort but the noise coming from the next building was disturbing. Nevertheless, they stopped around that time so I was able to sleep afterwards
