My stay was great. I’d recommend this hotel for a short stay in Kigali
Pros:

My stay here was okay. The hotel served the purpose it was booked for, staying for a short while and leaving. The place is in the middle of the city so that’s a big win, the staff are also nice though English isn’t the first language in Rwanda, but they really tried their best. The room was okay, it’s a bit old but okay for a short stay. We didn’t get to use the pool but it was also good. The breakfast served was amazing too. Our dinner order took a while but it was worth the wait, the food was delicious. The airport pickup was also prompt and so convenient.

Cons:

On leaving, the shuttle driver was late but the receptionist got us a free cab to compensate

Pros:

I WAS CHARGED TWICE BY THIS HOTEL. I BOOKED AN ACCOMODATION AND PAID THROUGH MY BANK ACCOUNT. WHEN MY GUEST ARRIVED SHE ALSO PAID. I AM REQUESTING FOR A REFUND BUT THEY ARE NOT SAYINHG ANY THING

Pros:

Breakfast could be better and please let the residents know that there is an outside terrace to sit and have your breakfast.

My stay and experience at the hotel was good enough, for the purpose of my visit to Rwanda.
Pros:

Location was good, in CBD. Breakfast was also quite okay. My room had a beautiful view of the neighborhood.

Cons:

Dinner options seemed limited.
Multiple wifi passwords required at different parts of the hotel.

Pros:

Nice breakfast and courteous staff.

The hotel pictures weren't good enough online. I had reservations until I saw the rooms. Looks better than the pictures
