Breakfast would be better and bathroom was smelly specially during night and early morning

The location was great as I was attending an event at Zaria courts, which is a walking distance. It took me a few minutes with a cab to other places in town so not a big issue. The room was well equipped, working AC, fridge. Very comfortable! Quick communication wit the reception via whats app. Airport pick up and drop off services were great and on time.
The breakfast options were very limited and not always fresh. The staff in the canteen area does not speak English, so it is hard to communicate.

My stay here was okay. The hotel served the purpose it was booked for, staying for a short while and leaving. The place is in the middle of the city so that’s a big win, the staff are also nice though English isn’t the first language in Rwanda, but they really tried their best. The room was okay, it’s a bit old but okay for a short stay. We didn’t get to use the pool but it was also good. The breakfast served was amazing too. Our dinner order took a while but it was worth the wait, the food was delicious. The airport pickup was also prompt and so convenient.
On leaving, the shuttle driver was late but the receptionist got us a free cab to compensate

I WAS CHARGED TWICE BY THIS HOTEL. I BOOKED AN ACCOMODATION AND PAID THROUGH MY BANK ACCOUNT. WHEN MY GUEST ARRIVED SHE ALSO PAID. I AM REQUESTING FOR A REFUND BUT THEY ARE NOT SAYINHG ANY THING

Breakfast could be better and please let the residents know that there is an outside terrace to sit and have your breakfast.
