Superb and relaxing stay. Won't hesitate to recommend the hotel to friends.
Pros:

Location was central and within reach to Airport. Reception and check out was excellent. Staff were very helpful and provided tips on local movements. Room and general hotel security was in order.

Cons:

Provide ironing board incase a guest needs to iron garments. The socket beneath the mattress could be moved further from the current location for safety reasons. Ironing on bed with connected cable on the underneath socket is challenging. Otherwise, all is considered pretty well.

Overall good hotel, great location. The staff are professional and lovely. Fumigation needed though.
Pros:

Their breakfast combo was balanced and good. Healthy breakfast as well. The rooms are beautiful too.

Cons:

The rooms had coackroaches. At some point the roof in the bathroom came off and there was shortage of hot water in the bathroom on two separate days. The staff helped out with the inconveniences.

Pros:

After an exhausting day crossing the border from Uganda, this hotel was just what we needed to relax. Very comfortable, great staff, good location and the breakfast was also very nice. Highly recommend! The rooftop bar has a nice view over Lake Victoria and serves some good food.

The location is good both for access to the city and airport. Staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are clean and neat.

Sadly my room had a nightclub just outside the window that was open to 3am. After
They the nearby Mosque started calling. So no slept that night 😅
So ask for a room that faces the front. Not the back. My colleagues were not disturbed in their rooms.

Fix the sewer system of the hotel, it's a health risk to everyone.
Pros:

The location was good and I liked it.

Cons:

After a long journey and having a pregnant wife, only to be given a room that had the smell of a sewage. No night manager was available, only the receptionist who at first refused to change the room for us. It took more than 2 hours of hard negotiation and threats that made the receptionist to change the room. Very disappointing!
