Great view.. great value.. great position
Pros:

The view was to die for from the William Bennett room! Good size… everything we needed was there.
Staff were friendly and accommodating in leaving bags there early.
Fan and portable aircon were more than enough… bed was comfortable.. Luna park even did fire works!

Fantastic spot in Sydney
Pros:

Location was great. Room was sweet and cosy. Nice shower. Loved the balcony.

Cons:

Things were a bit rough round the edges and it could use some love but didn't effect comfort.
No aircon.

Pros:

Room was not cleaned for 2 days but we had a great experience with the manager on site name T (female) she was also responsible for managing the bar upstairs. She took great care of us and addressed all our issues. Your lucky to have her working for you.

This Hotel was a nightmare. They guaranteed us a 2pm check in and that did not happen, the sink in bathroom had mold, the door knob to the door in patio did not lock and was about to fall off. No A/C, paint chipping from the ceiling and no closet to put your close. We do not understand how they are in business…..

Character filled hotel on the hill
Pros:

We thought that this old heritage hotel
was interesting and had alot of character. Perched on the top of a hill, it had commanding views of nearby Millers Point and Barrangaroo.
Our deluxe room was spacious and clean and the bed was super comfy.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. We visited the roof top bar/restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious meal on the terrace overlooking the harbour. It was a truly unique experience.charactet

Perfect view
Pros:

The view is the best thing about the property.

Cons:

The staff - they have no idea what they are doing. The room was meant to be ready at 3pm and it wasn’t. We ate at the property which was not busy. No one bothered to tell us when our room was ready. The guy said he would take our bags up when it was ready. We got to the room and our bags weren’t there. The staff walk around in a daze, they have no idea about customer service at all.

Location to Reserve area and a 10 min walk to Circular quay

Cons:

The cleanliness was poor. I did comment but was told it was an Heritage building. Also a light bulb was never replaced after being told of the problem. Our bed was not made on another day but clean towels were left on the unmade bed. 😞
