Pros:

Kényelmes, szép,tiszta. Könnyen megközelíthatő, jó parkolási lehetőség. Városközponttól 15perc séta így a tömegtől kijabb nyuodt helyen. Klimatizált, kényelmes szobákkal. Kedves és segítőkész portaszollgálat.

Rendkívül gyenge szolgáltatás.
Pros:

A szálloda elhelyezkedése megfelelő volt.

Cons:

Egy nappal az utazás előtt kaptam egy e-mailt, hogy a kulcsokat egy másik, több kilométerre levő szállodában kapom meg. Ez nekem két fölösleges taxizást jelentett. Más: az összes tisztálkodó anyag egy nagyobb kabátgomb méretű szappan volt.

A szálláson azt kaptuk amire számítottunk.
Cons:

Sajnos már az utazásunk megkezdése után küldtek értesítést, hogy a kulcsot nem a szálláshelyen, hanem egy másik címen kell átvenni. Az E-mailek már nem voltak elérhetők számunkra, így egy ideig szobroztunk a bejárat előtt, mire többedik próbálkozásra sikerült telefonon elérni a recepciót. Egy elég nehézkes útbaigazítás után, végül mintegy egy órás kitérővel sikerült megszereznünk a kulcsot. Ha gyalogosan lettünk volna, akkor ez bizony elég komoly probléma forrása lenne. Kérem a jövőben erre figyeljenek oda, mert nem mindenki éri el a levelező rendszerét, bármennyire is modern már ez a világ.

A SZIN fesztivál alatt szálltunk meg itt, erre a célra teljesen megfelelt, pihenésre/nyaralásra nem ajánlanám.
Pros:

Az elhelyezkedés, viszonylag elfogadható ár

Cons:

Büdös volt a szobában és nem csak úgy tudtunk szellőztetni ha kinyitottuk az ajtót mert ablak nem volt.
Kényelmetlen volt hogy a Szent János Hotelbe kellett elmenni a szoba kulcsáért.

Borzasztó.
Cons:

Gazdaságos szoba kétszemélyes ággyal: ez egy dohos, büdös, garázsból kialakított lyuk. Se a leírás, se a képek sem felelnek meg a valóságnak. A szobán nincsen ablak. Mikor rákérdeztem a recepciónál (ami egy másik hotel recepciója), azt a választ kaptam, hogy van ajtó és legalább csend van. Bechekkoláshoz át kell menni egy másik hotelbe, mikor megkérdeztem miért akkor egyszer azt a választ kaptam hogy mert ez így működik itt, másodszor pedig azért mert beteg lett a recepciós?! Kichekkolásnál a létesítmény büszke tulajdonosa végignézte ahogy kipakolunk a szobának nevezett beépített garázsból és végtelenül kellemetlen volt.

Cons:

Unfortunately this hotel transfer me to another hotel due to maintenance without informing us or informing Booking.com, even when I received the room it was totally different on the range of rooms that we checked during our booking process
Anyway we trust booking to choose on our behalf, but even booking didn't inform us the hotel that we selected is under maintenance!!

Disappointing
Pros:

We could check-in at 21:30 when we arrived which was a bonus for us.

We did not stay in the property we booked, but that was not an issue in itself.

Cons:

The issue was that the toiletries were the one used by the previous guests so there wasn't much soap for two people to shower.

The pillow cases were dirty and it looked like they could spend more time cleaning the rooms. (Both rooms we had were equally dirty)
