Could not fault our experience - from the check in to the kids gifts to the general vibe it was awesome and easy.

We loved our visit to this hotel however I think the prices were higher than normal due to the vivid light shows
Centrally located seamless valet and check in amazing views. We were there for a 50th and the birthday boy was gifted a bottle of Prosecco
Incredible location within walking distance to some of Sydney's best attractions. Rooms are spacious and well appointed with lots of room for luggage. Beds are very comfortable and you can request additional pillows if required. Strong Wifi and friendly staff.
Management should have been better prepared for an increased capacity over a long weekend and with Vivid. Staff gave their best efforts but the breakfast dining experience was slow with long wait times. The pool is somewhat small for a hotel of this size and was always busy.

Location and modern luxury.
Ordered a drink at an almost empty foyer bar. After about half an hour and chasing it up, the young man bought over the beer can and empty glass. Don’t mind that he didn’t poor the beer, just wondered why he didn’t just plop it in front of us half an hour earlier?
