Cons:

A pesar de que reservamos con 1 cama king, el primer día nos pusieron en una habitación con 2 camas separadas y no había opción de cambiar hasta el día siguiente.
El servicio de limpieza de habitaciones no siempre fue óptimo.

Amazing location right in the heart of the CBD near the main attractions. Very friendly staff and comfortable room with epic views!

Cons:

Little bit tight on certain things considering the price you pay. For example, they only offer two extra bottles of water maximum, only offer 30min additional late checkout, etc.

It was my partners 50th birthday and we were upgraded to the most incredible room with views of the Opera House and Sydn

The location is central to everything. Made it so easy to get around. Check in was easy and efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful.

great location, room is big and clean

Cons:

The buffet breakfast, never expected to wait for 20mins plus in the long queue to be seated by a very very rude waitress... the manager helped to service us inside later was amazing. Food selection was very limited and exactly the same food for the 3 days when we stayed, ordered some omelet from the menu but also taste bad.
