Comfortable, quiet, hassle free great location
Pros:

Location close to opera house and quay. Very quiet. Generous sized room. Good room service options. Lots of towels. Friendly staff. Roof top bar with great views

Pros:

Holy sh*t! This was by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in! Exceeded all expectations. I had the best nights sleep in the bed, and have been looking for the bed frame ever since!

Cons:

Bar drinks werea huge let down as well as the rooftop bar food options.

Amazing hotel and prime location
Pros:

They let us early check in and late check out without additional costs. Very helpful staff and location is prime, close to the Opera House. Quiet street. Well recommended!

A warm friendly hotel which met my expectations and perfectly situated for sightseeing!
Pros:

The hotel was situated perfectly for all my sightseeing needs. I had booked a room with a harbour view and I was at the right floor level to really appreciate it. The breakfast waiting staff were very friendly and in particular Kathy who served my breakfasts was such a lovely person to greet me in the mornings!
