Hotel is very comfortable, stay was safe and secure. Reception staffs are so friendly which is expecting by all guests.

Rooms spacious. Clean. View of carpark and lake. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food good.
Pool was very small with only 2 sunbeds no other seating. Was dirty with crows flying around it. Ladies washroom was dirty. Bar was very dark but they tried to accommodate me and put a spotlight on for me which was kind.
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
Very old property, wasn’t clean and neat. Also couldn’t sleep just because of room AC. the AC is very old and it is working like a big generator and very noisy
