Pros:

Nice surroundings

Cons:

Food was a disappointment as the fish had clearly been frozen and the salad was really basic.
No water pressure at all, just a sad drip and paper thin walls (I could hear my neighbor snoring) and everything is really out dated. Not to mention the smell of burnt coal surrounding the facility.

Amazing pit stop stay
Pros:

Perfect for travelers - conveniently located, right off A1 highway, yet in a peaceful and picturesque area.
The room was exceptionally clean, and the bathroom was quite thoughtfully equipped with toiletries, including a shaving set and disposable toothbrushes with paste.
We also appreciated the restaurant being open until 10pm. The staff was very polite. Great value for the price.

We have to come back for a longer stay
Pros:

Another great example of perfect, customer oriented and extremely dogfriendly hotel:
+ we got special price for our 2 little Jackies
+ staff was very friendly multilingual helpful at any time
+ tasteful, excellent dinner from menu card
+ huge breakfast buffet
+ very nice, with lot of love decorated rooms, reception and restaurant causing a great athmosphere and warm welcome feeling
+ staff took time and patience talking with the customers
+ spacious room
+ wide ranged area around the hotel with lot of old trees (feeling in a forest)
we would like to come back any time when we were around

nothing to complain

Cons:

- no rooms at groundfloor, only just on upper levels....no elevator for handicaped guests or guests with very heavy bagage

we liked it and we hope to stop again.
Pros:

the place is very close to main highway.
and very close to Kutno city and the shopping center and the Aqua Park.
the hotel is well designed.
the outside garden is very nice and has good playground without zip-line and walk-line.
the beds are comfortable and the rooms are big (depending on price)

Cons:

the shower water pressure and hot water need improvement.
there are mosquitos in the garden (in summer).
not all staff know English (many do)
no elevator.
