西鉄の駅前という最高のロケーションでこの値段は、とてもよかったです。
Pros:

ロケーションは最高。宿泊費が安かった。よく眠れました。

Cons:

安いから文句は言えませんが、食事が残念。朝食代を別料金にしてもいいので、もう少し良いものにしてほしかった。スタッフの表情が硬い。

コスパのいいホテル

西鉄久留米駅からすぐ目の前にあるので、交通機関へのアクセスは抜群。
また、百均（ダイソー）とスーパーマーケット（フードウェイ）が隣接しており、買い出しも便利。
朝食のパンとドリンクが無料なのはありがたい。

Cons:

建物が相応にレトロなのはやむを得ないとして、部屋のエアコンがカビ臭かったのが残念。
クリーニングした方が良いのでは。

立地が抜群。福岡に泊まる場合も返って貴ホテルで充分です。今後も利用します。

朝食の場所を１０時以降も使えるようにして欲しい。友だちが訪ねて来た時に話す場所が無いので!喫茶店を探しに外出せなあかん。喫茶店で無くてもコ―ヒ―マシンでも良いので!

がっかりした
Pros:

料金支払ってもいいので、もう少し充実した朝食が欲しかった。ホテルの周りの朝食はマクドナルド程度のファーストフードしかなく、便利な場所に泊まったつもりが、がっかりした

Cons:

部屋は兎も角、廊下などのコモンスペースが古く、特にカーペット等は決してきれいだはない。

駅近で駅裏に居酒屋があってよかった。
朝ご飯のパンサービスはとてもよかった。

Cons:

鏡の近くにコンセントがない。ドライヤーやヘアアイロンをしたいのに、コンセントがないからしづらい。
駐車場からホテル玄関までの案内が出てない。
わかりにくい。他の宿泊先ではわかりにくい場合、事前に写真や地図をメールで添付してあったり写真で掲載してあったりするので参考にしてほしい。
荷物を持って玄関探してウロウロするのは疲れるので。
壁紙がボロボロ。
