Great location with friendly staff
Pros:

Great location, right next to the witches market. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very nice rooftop view of the city. Hotel allows you to leave luggage for up to a week for no extra charge which makes it a perfect location to use as a base as you bounce around Bolivia. This worked great for short multi-day trips to Uyuni and Puno.

I know many people complain about the exchange rate (USD taken at face value but if you pay in BOB then hotel uses 8.5 while Google is ~7.0. The 8.5 wasn't bad as another company charged us 9.8 conversion. Just something to be aware of.

Cons:

Unfortunately city noise was quite loud in the room. Lots of car horns throughout the night and dogs barking. Rooftop view is nice but food is a bit pricey and the hamburger bun was old/stale when I had it.

Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war in einer super zentralen sicheren Lage. Das Bett war super gemütlich , die Dusche war warm, Frühstück in der rooftop Bar war ausreichend und lecker, das Personal war super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir hatten ein Taxi vorbestellt was uns nachts vom Flughafen abholen sollte, auch das hat alles super geklappt.

Sort out the ‘exchange rate’
Pros:

Good room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, great location

Cons:

We have only marked it down because the price we paid is very different to advertised due to the ‘exchange rate’ on the front desk. We have stayed in hostels and hotels in many places and never encountered something like this, it needs to be changed

Disappointed with hidden fees
Cons:

If you can’t pay cash in USD expect a significant increase to your bill. We paid an extra €60 as we paid by card and the hotel sets its own exchange rate. The hotel is in a great area but I wouldn’t stay again

Fantastic staff and great location
Pros:

Bright and comfortable! We had a great time here getting to know La Paz. The staff were kind and helpful, and our room was clean. Definitely recommend staying here.

O hostel é bem localizado, os funcionários são muito gentis e amáveis.

Cons:

É importante colocar um tapete no banheiro para enxugar a água. Pois com muita gente usando, o banheiro fica com o piso molhado o tempo todo.

Estadía muy satisfactoria y confortable
Pros:

Tuve una excelente experiencia en este hospedaje en La Paz. Desde el primer momento, la atención del personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar.
El desayuno es delicioso y variado, y la comida del restaurante también es de muy buena calidad. Todo lo que probé estuvo muy bien preparado.
La habitación es cómoda, limpia y bien organizada. Algo que valoro mucho es que el baño está dentro de la habitación y todo se encontraba en perfectas condiciones de higiene.
En general, es un lugar muy limpio, acogedor y con un servicio excelente. Sin duda, lo recomiendo totalmente para quienes visiten La Paz.

Cons:

Como sugerencia de mejora, sería importante contar con agua caliente en la ducha, ya que actualmente solo hay agua fría y, debido al clima, puede resultar incómodo.
