Приехали с сыном порыбачить в Нарве. Хотели найти спокойное и уединённое место. И нашли. Гостеприимный и отзывчивый, а главное позитивный хозяин. Дружелюбная кошка, вкусный завтрак. А главное - тишина и покой. Всё что нужно, чтобы отдохнуть от городской суеты.

Kohale jõudes avastasin, kohapeal öeldu kohaselt, et hotellis on olnud veeprobleeme ja see on sisuliselt suletud. Mulle öeldi, et olen ainus külaline. Sees ili ka väga ebameeldiv lõhn. Olukorda arvestades küsisin viisakalt oma peatumise tühistamise kohta. Abi pakkumise asemel hakkas hotelli esindaja (mees) mind vene keeles solvama ja karjuma, nimetades mind idioodiks. Tundsin end ohustatuna ja hakkasin olukorda videole salvestama. Salvestis näitab selgelt, kuidas ta mind vene keeles solvas ja kuidas ta järsku oma käitumist muutis ning viisakaks muutus, kui märkas, et ma filmin. See olukord oli äärmiselt ebaprofessionaalne ja vastuvõetamatu. Külalist tuleks tõsiste probleemide korral eelnevalt teavitada ja mingil juhul ei tohiks võõrustaja klienti solvata ega ähvardada. Palun mõelge ka sellele, kui palju hirmutavam ja ohtlikum see olukord oleks võinud olla, kui külaline oleks naine või laps. Ma saan aru, et võõrustaja väidab nüüd, et ma ei ööbinud hotellis. Tehnilises mõttes on see tõsi – aga ma jõudsin siiski majutusasutusse. Tingimuste ja võõrustaja käitumise tõttu ei tundnud ma end seal turvaliselt ja otsustasin seetõttu lahkuda. Võtsin tugiteenusega ühendust juba samal päeval, kui intsident juhtus, kuid pean vajalikuks esitada see videotõend.

When I arrived at the property, I discovered, been told on site, that it had suffered some water supply issues and was essentially closed. I was told that I was the only guest, and there was also a very unpleasant smell inside. Given the situation, I politely asked about canceling my stay. Instead of offering help, the hotel representative (a man) began insulting me and shouting in Russian, calling me an idiot. I felt threatened and therefore started recording the situation on video. The recording shows clearly how he insulted me in Russian, and how he suddenly changed his behavior and became polite once he noticed I was filming, as mentioned for my protection..
This situation was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. A guest should be informed in advance if there are serious issues, and under no circumstances should a host insult or threaten a customer. Please also consider how much more frightening and dangerous this situation could have been if the guest had been a woman or a child instead of me.
I understand that the host now claims I did not stay at the hotel. Technically, this is true — however, I did arrive at the property. Because of the conditions and the host’s behavior, I did not feel safe there and therefore decided to leave.
I contacted support already on the same day the incident happened, but I feel it is necessary to provide this video evidence.

Hotell vajaks väga mingitki remonti, kõik on vana ja väsinud, nagu oleks aeg 30 aastat seisnud.
Чисто. Хороший завтрак. Хорошее обслуживание/отношение. Недооценненое место, есть и бани/бассейн которые входят в цену номера.
