Comfortable and true to what was advertised.
Pros:

A very nice honest Bali villa.
If I stay in Seminyak again I will definitely look at staying here again.
Convenient location.

Cons:

The hot water was not very good in our room and the bar fridge wasn't working.

Wifi was terrible, mould growing out of the air conditioner. Puri naga and booking.com were no help in refunding my money.

L'Hôtel mérite un peu de réno.
Pros:

C'est un hôtel qui a un beau jardin et une piscine très bien. Mais les chambres, d'une autre époque, pourraient être rénovées. Le propriétaire, que nous avons rencontré, est très chiche. Il ne veut pas investir un sous dans son hôtel. C,est dommage, car l'hôtel pourrait être très bien. Attention, il n'y a pas de petit déjeuné, et leur resto est très ordinaire.

Hotel vieillot. Mais ça peut aller pour passer quelques jours. Proche de la plage et une piscine très bien. Un moins pour le propriétaire qui n'investit pas pour mettre aux normes l'hôtel.

Cons:

Voir pkus haut au sujet d'un propriétaire qui veut votre argent, mais qui n'invrstit pas dans son hôtel pour le mettre sux normes du jour.

Cheap, Great Location, still wouldn’t recommend.
Pros:

Property is in a great location, 1 minute walk to the beach.

Cons:

Pool area is poorly maintained and dangerous, broken pool tiles caused cuts to my children’s feet and legs, no shade or umbrellas to escape the sun, no swim up bar.

Rooms are old and updated, almost no water pressure for showers, bath took 25+ minutes to run.

Beds are hard, uncomfortable and broken, every-time you sat on them legs would break.

No in room services at all, safe was broken so couldn’t store any valuables, massive lack of power points and most of them hard wired to lights so you could only use them if the lights were on or you removed the light bulbs, loose wires hanging out of sockets.

Doors to rooms had no seals so mosquitoes had free reign, no coils or anything provided by the hotel to counter this.

Wifi had reception, didn’t work, couldn’t even open a basic internet page.

Brought up issues with management, absolutely no care.

This place has so many issues, more than I can possible list.

It has so much potential but as the manager lives on site it seems as though it’s just been used to subsidise his living arrangements.

Pas de signal wifi/ pas de tv/ Salle de bain sale et pas d'eau ! / Terrasse sale/ ... Pas d'arrangement possible alors que l'on paye 600000 roupia pour une nuit !
Moi qui ai l'habitude de venir sur Bali , je n'ai jamais connu de tels inconvénients ! C'est vraiment honteux !,! Je ferai tout pour informer les futurs touristes !

Emplacement idéal à 20m de la plage où l'on peut voir le coucher du soleil
Des restaurants et bar
Le personnel attentionné
Changement des serviettes tous les jours
Hôtel balinais avec un splendide jardin

Cons:

Hôtel vieillot plein de charme mais malheureusement les installations sont usagées vieilles ( surtout les sanitaires qui sont à changer) afin qu'il retrouve tout son potentiel
