Lo staff si è " dimenticato" di inviarmi il codice apri porta per il self check in dopo orario di reception, nonostante ben due richieste inviate giorni prima per fare richiesta di check in ritardo, entrambe approvate! Nessuno ha risposto ai numeri telefonici esposti fuori dall ingresso. Siamo rimasti fino a notte inoltrata sotto la pioggia fuori dalla porta ad aspettare che fortuitamente altri ospiti arrivassero ad aprici. La mattina seguente,alla richiesta di spiegazioni, nessuno dello staff ha saputo chiarire e nemmeno chiedere scusa! Davvero incredibile!!

Prima kamer voor een goede prijs

Cons:

De ontvangst is onduidelijk, er is geen receptie, maar ontvangst via het restaurant. Het personeel was, hoewel er nauwelijks gasten waren op dat moment, bijzonder onvriendelijk.

De bedden en de douche waren goed.

Cons:

Ontbijt kon beter, vleeswaren lagen bijvoorbeeld niet gekoeld. Veel lunch / diner gericht, met zware salades etc. Geen hotel personeel aanwezig, alleen bediening van het restaurant. En ontbijt tijden werden niet juist vermeld bij aankomst bij accommodatie.

Great Location, great staff, but the room (especially the bed) needs an upgrade.
Pros:

The breakfast was abundent and tasty. The Nepali staff preparing the breakfast are hardworking and responsible. The hotel is located on the beautiful square right in front of the of the railway station. The city center is walking distance.

Cons:

The room. The room was very small, even for a single person. The mattress was bending through, causing my back to become sour. The bathroom was small. The door opening inwards, making it had to manouver in and out of the bathroom.

Cons:

Elektriciteit was midden in de nacht uitgevallenen. Dus geen licht 's morgens en ook geen ontbijt. Heb de kok zelf moeten binnenlaten. Kan gebeuren natuurlijk maar vermoed dat dit niet de eerste keer was. Kok was vriendelijk en uiteindelijk nog een lekker ontbijt gekregen.

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel
Pros:

Excellent location, next to Leuven Railway Station and 10 minutes walk from the historical center where several main attractions can be found. Friendly and helpful staff, spacious, clean and quiet room, excellent Wi-Fi connection, very good breakfast and all that at a reasonable room rate.

Hier en daar kan een likje verf wonderen doen, er was al een schilder bezig met o.a. de trappen.
