Pros:

A carta do restaurante era muito boa e a comida estava ótima.
Boa localização para quem está em viagem, fica perto da autoestrada.

Cons:

As condições do hotel pareceram mais adequadas a um hotel de 4 estrelas do que de 5 estrelas, necessitando claramente de alguma renovação.

O quarto apresentava sinais de desgaste e falta de manutenção, nomeadamente marcas de mãos na cabeceira da cama e paredes riscadas.

Relativamente ao spa, ficou bastante aquém das expectativas. O jacuzzi aparentava estar sujo e tinha um cheiro estranho, enquanto a água da piscina interior estava pouco transparente, transmitindo pouca sensação de higiene e cuidado.

Le lit était confortable. Le dîner était très bon.

Cons:

Tout est abîmé et cassé : un des bains à remous ne fonctionne pas, le sauna est vétuste, les transats en mauvais état. La piscine est douteuse.
Dans les parties communes : les fauteuils et tables abîmés,sol taché, même les assiettes au restaurant sont ébréchées et les boutons de la machine à café sont usés et illisibles. Dans la chambre la grande baie vitrée donnant sur le jardin est sale. Le caillebotis en bois de la douche est bancal et déformé, risque de chute. Pas de douchette dans la douche donc il faut aller dans la baignoire. Tout le mobilier de la chambre est élimé.
Les prestations ne valent ni le prix ni le 5 étoiles. Surtout quand on vient pour le SPA.
Petit déjeuner très basique sur des tables rayées sans nappe.

Exquisiter maroder Charme !
Pros:

Sehr sauberes komfortables Zimmer mit sehr großem Bad.
Sehr gutes Restaurant. Tolles Essen und umfangreiches Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider konnte man das Fenster nicht öffnen, und mit der Klimaanlage will bestimmt niemand schlafen, wenn einem die Luft genau ins Gesicht bläst.
Der Spa Bereich war zwar sehr geräumig aber schon in die Jahre gekommen. In der finnischen Sauna kam die Decke schon halb nach unten, und im sitz/ liege Bereich war eine Latte gebrochen, was sicherlich unangenehm schmerzhaft werden könnte. Im Schwimmbad war ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch.

La manca d'endolls, alguns viatgers ho fem amb aparells de salut que necesiten estar endollats i la manca d'endolls al costat del llit, pot ésser un problema

Experiencia relajante pero para no salir mucho del hotel
Pros:

El ambiente es muy relajante y la cama enorme y cómoda. El baño también gigante, con dos picas. Las vistas son preciosas. El minibar sin cargo extra es una gran idea. Todo el personal te habla flojo para no entorpecer el ambiente.

Cons:

El agua de la piscina estaba un poco fría y el chorro que tira agua en plano no funcionaba o no estaba activo. También está un poco apartado y si quieres ir a ver cosas o hacer algo fuera del hotel tienes que coger coche si o si. Por último, otro hotel con puertas de cristal para el baño... 0 privacidad.
