Good location value for money
Pros:

Location was great. Comfort of bed was good too. Decor or room was attractive. Bathroom was modern and clean and high end products

Cons:

The room was veey small. The coffee maker was tiny so only silly very small esspress cups in morning. Charging for the biscuits!!!! The reception area was very run down as was some of corridor

Not worth what we paid.
Pros:

The staff were nice and the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

It is definitely not a five star property. It is tired, worn, the walls are scuffed, the carpets need replacing, the halls are cold. It was overall very disappointing.

Okay for short stay but definitely not a 5 star
Pros:

Central location 5 minutes walk from Marble Arch, good breakfast, clean room

Cons:

No bathrobe, no conditioner and there were no amenities in the room, I had to ask and i only got a toothbrush, a small soap and some poor quality slippers

Fine but not amazing
Pros:

Comfortable beds and good quality bed linen

Cons:

No dressing gowns, limited bathroom products, rooms are noisy, room service times were wrong in the welcome book, not enough water in the room provided
