Personnel sympathique et lit confortable.

Cons:

Chambres mal insonorisées.
Lampes de chevet et sur le bureau qui ne fonctionnent pas donc la chambre était très sombre. Moisissures et odeur d’eau stagnante dans la salle de bain.

Price-quality ratio!

Cons:

A small upgrade of the reception area could really elevate the first impression. I am talking the desk and the door to the room behind it which seems permanently open. Staff lovely and professional but could be wearing an ‘uniform’ to upgrade it all. It’s in the details.

Schönes Hotel, top Einrichtung, sehr sauber- Zimmergrösse nicht befriedigend,

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were lovely and professional!

Cons:

The lift was broken and I was on the fourth floor. This did impact my stay and if I had known ahead of time I would have not booked this accommodation. I was so tired and have a neuromuscular condition, so the stairs were challenging.
