Me asistieron cuando me robaron en la calle
Pros:

Me robaron el celular en mie stancia en Londres. El hombre de la recepcion fue amable, considerado y me ayudo mucho cuando regrese al hotel y tuve que realizar las denuncias, fue correcto y respetuoso. Me brindo consuelo respetuoso y ayuda con mi idioma.

Cons:

La persiana no cerraba, tampoco habia cortinas, entonces por la noche habia mucha luz, y no habia privacidad. A demas, la luz de emergencia del baño nunca se apaga, y la puerta es de vidrio por lo que toda la noche esta iluminada la habitacion como si fuera de dia. Algunas cosas estaban rotas y en mal estado como la canilla, el extractor.

Posizione eccezionale.. 5 minuti dalla metro di Covent Garden in una zona piena di pub caffetterie negozi di ogni genere.. a 15 minuti a piedi da Piccadilly.. prezzo top.. camere più grandi della media per Londra.. non ci sono servizi extra ma per dormire e farsi una doccia direi che è veramente il massimo.

Cons:

se proprio devo fare una critica.. ma non incide sul mio giudizio è il bagno con la tenda di plastica.. ma si può sopravvivere per un paio di giorni.

Location is unbeatable, but beds are uncomfortable.
Pros:

Unbeatable location!!! The large lift was a surprise (I wish we would have known when we arrived).

Cons:

Very uncomfortable beds. Staff says the very minimum. They didn’t even told us that there was a lift so we took up our luggage through the very narrow stairs.

Konumu için tekrar kalmayı düşünürüm.
Pros:

Konumu gerçekten çok güzel bi yerde sohoya china towna yürüyerek çok çok yakın westminester tarafına da yürünebilir ama bi tık uzak kalır. Otel eski bi otel ama asansör vardı.

Cons:

Otelde 6 gün konakladık ilk 2 gün odamız temizlendi sonrasında yatağın üstünü kapatıp çıkmışlardı havluları bile yenilemediler. İlk girdiğimizde odamız temizdi. Oda çok küçüktü 2 kişi aynı anda hareket etmek mümkün değildi. Yazın konaklayacaklar için bu büyük sorun olabilir. Biz nisan başında konakladık kalorifer yanmıyordu ama odanın sıcaklığı iyiydi.
