A ceiling electrical light in the basement corridor did not meet safety regulations.

No microwave & check in and check out time gap

No hanging shelf in shower ,had to put all shampoos and that on floor,and small wire shelf would fix this.. above basin only a small thin glass shelf..

During my stay, I stayed in two different rooms, and both were totally disappointing in terms of comfort. The beds had old mattresses with holes in the centre, which made it impossible to get a good night's rest. It was a real nightmare in both the single attic room and the double room facing the back. The old, poor-quality mattresses did not allow me to sleep. This situation is unacceptable.
In addition, the lighting in the double room was poor and of low quality.

Camera piccola, comprensibile ma fastidioso, molto polverosa

Way the room was positioned no window in the toilet/ shower room.

La première fois que nous nous y sommes rendu le chambre était bien mieux, celle-ci était très très petite , avec des équipements de très mauvaises qualité que nous n’avons pas osé utiliser ( par exemple la bouilloire) , l’armoire était très très bancale et très abîmée.
La salle de bain était très petite, et l’air conditionné se mettait en route dès que la lumière de la pièce était allumée, ce qui premièrement dégageait une odeur pas très agréable dut à la poussière probablement à l’intérieur qui a d’ailleurs rendus mon compagnon malade pendant tout notre séjour.
Nous n’avons pas trouvé le ménage extrêmement bien fait et l’endroit très propre.

Wi-fi até tem, mas funciona muuito devagar. Não há ar condicionado, pelo menos no quarto que ficamos.

Nothing could have been better because all I wanted was a quiet, clean, sleep, shower, and in room coffee.

AUD $450 a night for a family of 4, and this property was small! We arrived in the heat wave and the air - conditioning unit failed the first night we were there. Reception staff could only offer us a desk fan to keep us cool. No extra pillows were available, and the ones in the room were thin. The bathroom you could hardly move in and very limited space for luggage. Staff not very friendly.
