Very odd that every time I left the hotel they asked me to leave my key at the front desk and recollect it when I came back. I was very skeptical and have never been asked to do this at any hotel I’ve stayed at across the globe. Not a fan of that. The mattress was hard and the pillow seemed old. Single room was small, but reasonable for what was paid.

Aside from that, it seems like it was recently renovated. The location is very convenient- just steps outside the station for the Elizabeth line. Close to restaurants and small shops. Lift available. 24 hour front desk and the locked door that you have to buzz to get in helped the location to feel more safe.

Executive room booked , very clean , recently refurbished a little small for a double bed . Very tidy and presentable .
