Pros:

l'hôtel a une position centrale sans être dans un quartier bruyant. C'était propre, pt dejeuner abondant et diversifié . Le personnel était très gentil.

Cheap, central, nice, friendly, clean, safe. Nice shower. Lots of stairs.

Muy buena la ubicación, el desayuno, y el personal que nos atendió.

Cons:

Inflexibilidad en el horario de check in (15 hs), a pesar de estar desocupada la habitación (llegamos a las 12-13 hs). Sólo se flexibiliza pagando un dinero extra.
Nuestra habitación del subsuelo era linda aunque un poco pequeña para tres pasajeros (se notó que era una habitación matrimonial con una cama extra agregada que quitaba espacio para circular); la ventana da a un patio muy pequeño donde también ventila la cocina. La puerta del baño es un vidrio traslúcido que da poca intimidad al usuario.

Très agréable et pratique pour un séjour à Londres!
Pros:

Accueil très agréable, emplacement très pratique, petit déjeuner compris c’est très pratique! Chambre fonctionnelle même à 3.

Cons:

Chambre un peu vieillotte surtout la salle de bain et bruit d’eau et de ventilation dans la salle de bain (mais rien de catastrophique)

Excelente localização e bom pequeno almoço. Funcionários super simpáticos e atenciosos

Cons:

O quarto tinha uma péssima acessibilidade com imensas escadas e para nós que viajámos com um bebé foi complicado. O quarto era extremamente quente, sem AC. Tivemos de dormir com a janela aberta , que só foi possível porque não choveu, o que nos deixou desconfortável devido ao bebé.

Comfy stay, calm quiet atmosphere- great staff. Will book again - perfect for a long busy weekend in London.

I really enjoyed my stay
The staff were really kind and helpful.
The place was clean and pleasant.
Great location and I will book in future. Great coffee and breakfast was spot on.
Even a great selection of vegan milks. Maybe more vegan options for my sister would have been great but other wise fab!
Reception were great and efficient.

Ho trascorso insieme alla mia famiglia un paio di giorni nell'hotel. ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è ottima vicino ai mezzi di trasporto e al centro. Il check-in 24h su 24 è un plus per questo albergo. Ottima e varia colazione. Personale gentile e albergo pulito.

Cons:

Da rivedere un po' il mobilio un po' datato.

Good value your money in a good location
Pros:

Very good value for the money, especially as it's in such a good location, mid way between kings cross and soho. Small but clean room, very comfy bed and good continental breakfast with fresh juice, filter coffee and nice pastries. Check in and out was very quick and painless

Pros:

Tenia muy buena ubicación y varias estaciones de metro cerca. El hotel estaba limpio y era cómodo. Éramos 3 en la habitación y el espacio estaba muy bien. Ofrece un desayuno bueno y variado.

Cons:

Por poner alguna pega, éramos 3 en la habitación y uno de nosotros tenía que dormir en el sofá cama, el cual no resultó ser demasiado cómodo, pero por lo demás bien.

AVOID THIS PLACE
Pros:

Location is very accesible to museums.

Cons:

I asked for a queen room and we got a tiny bed where we barely fit.
Requested an accesible room for my partner who has a disability, they gave us the room in the 3rd floor, no lift. When I asked to change the room, as it was their fault, they did not provide a solution nor assistance.
The bathroom was so small you had to open the door when sitting in the toilet.
On the second day, it was 3pm and the room was not cleaned yet.

Not recommended at all...
