Perfect for one night at a reasonable cost.
Pros:

Location was good for night at The Palladium. Breakfast was adequate for the price. Also good shower the bathroom looked newly done. Comfortable bed and enough hanging and drawer space.

Cons:

We were locked out of room before we had left which was a bit annoying.

Not going there again!
Cons:

No lift at hotel, we were on the second floor, my daughter has arthritis throughout.
No offer of help with bags. Would not give us any more than four of the tiny milk pots for three people- refused point blank, to give us any more!

You pay for location not facilities, it is cramped, tired room feels more like backpacker hostel
Pros:

Breakfast was buffet, basic but fine

Cons:

Room had no air. Extreme heat, just a fan which stirred stale hot air, could not open window at all. Room was unbearably stuffy and stale.

Pros:

Bra beläget, nära tunnelbana och restauranger.
Lugn gata.
Rummet var större än förväntat och badrummet helt nyrenoverat - jättefint!
Frukosten vad ganska basic men det fanns det man behövde, har inget att klaga på!
Londons boenden har en tendens att ha rätt låg standard så vi blev väldigt positivt överraskade över hur bra detta hotell var.
Prisvärt!

Cons:

hade önskat aircondition på rummet. tur nog var sängen nära fönstret så man kunde öppna upp och få in lite svalka.

Pros:

Great location to access all the major tourist points in London, it's only 2 tube stops to Leicester Square. Rooms were cabin style rooms, sufficient and did the job for a one night stay.

Cons:

There wasn't any I disliked, the room was very hot but we are in a heatwave and a fan was provided. There was one small side table that was overly cluttered with a tea tray/kettle and a lamp, if there was more of a medium sized tray you would have more space to put your belongings on.

I recommend this hotel for a safe place to stay for a night or two in central London.
Pros:

The hotel has a very central location close to train and tube stations. The area was very quiet and I had a good night's sleep. The Cabin Room was very small but excellent value for money for one night. The continental breakfast had a good choice of cereals, fruit, cold meats, cheese, yogurt and pastries.

Ideal base for visiting London sites
Pros:

Warm welcome given. We were able to drop off our luggage earlier than check-in.
Room clean and tidy, appreciated the fan on in the room as no air-conditioning.
Bathroom satisfactory but water took ages to flow away in the shower - but at least our feet got a soak😁
Breakfast was more than adequate.
We were able to leave luggage until nearer time for departure home. Good base for the theatre and nearby British Museum, close by to two underground stations.

location is optimal

Cons:

some broken part in the bathroom could be fixed. Continental breakfast was kind of OK; it could have been richer, e.g., with more vegetables or fruit.
The room is some 170 cm wide, so tiny that there is no room for the suitcase or any other belonging. The internal furniture is designed to serve as much as it can; still, it is a bit poor
