Great location, really clean

Cool Oasis in SoHo!
Pros:

Excellent oasis in central SoHo. Rooms are tiny, and very basic, but it works!! Best parts were the strong a/c, handheld shower and friendly staff! Appreciated the iced lemon water in the lobby. When ordering kitchen items, be very specific about the ingredients since they may add things you didn’t request. When I asked for a tomato and spinach omelette, it came out with cheese too. They will gladly hold your luggage if you arrive earlier than check-in time. Overall it was very clean and so convenient to central London that I will return!!

I liked the room and the overall comfort of the hotel. having to use a key to enter the building at night made me feel safe. The location was excellent—close to everything and very easy to get around.

Cons:

The room wasn’t cleaned every day, and I had to ask for fresh towels. During my 3-night stay, the room was cleaned only once, and I wasn’t sure why it was cleaned one day but not the others. I also expected more variety at breakfast, especially when it came to cheeses.

Pros:

The location was good for the theatre visits. It was convenient and clean

Cons:

The room was incredibly small. We could hardly turn round in it. No wardrobe, no drawers. Possibly fit for one person. Bed was comfortable but had to climb over each other to get out if sleeping next to window . Would not book again.

Good for singular nights away
Pros:

Amazing location, Bed was very comfortable so was the shower and thank hod for aircon and blinds

Cons:

the space was tight with no space for any luggage at all. The space was mentioned on the site however it was tighter than envisaged. The toilet situation means you HAVE to be very intimate with the person you are staying with .. leaves zero room for privacy

Great location and accessible for guests with mobility issues.
Pros:

I stayed with my mum who uses a mobility scooter as we were visiting a theatre nearby to see a show. I booked an accessible room as I knew this was a compact hotel. The room was very well equipped for a disabled person and we had plenty of room to store the scooter and still move around the room. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely and the location was wonderful for visiting the Palladium.

Cons:

The only thing that was a little challenging was the lift at check out time. Obviously this is a busy time so we had to wait 4 or 5 times as the lift went up and down as each time there wasn’t enough room for the scooter. However that was the only challenge we had and was to be expected at peak times.
